Precision is not the name I would use for the quality of work or the level of customer serviceIt started when they said they would be out to install on Monday but when I called to see when they would arrive, I found that I was not on the scheduleThey did end up coming out late that afternoon but did not help to program my car, said it was easy, well it does not workI called the franchise corp office and they said they would schedule someone to come out in the morning, but they did notI asked if they could just give me another remote but wanted to charge me for itAfter a few conversations, they said they would drop one by my house in two days and not charge me, that's tomorrow, let's see if they showVery bad communication and customer service skillsIf I had to do it all over again, I would buy a unit from Home Depot and call a handy man to install and save myself alot of money and aggravation

I contacted Precision Door because my garage door would not close completely and little "critters" w., before he arrived AND he arrived on time He took one look at my garage door and knew exactly what to do In less than minutes my garage door was as good as new I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received!

I don't have a complaint about the work as much as their pricing. The garage door needed a new spring but when that was fixed it still wouldn't open. I was told the motor was no good either and so now we needed to replace the opener. I had a coupon and was given an "additional" discount, which put the cost at $449. When I looked online I found that in my zip code an opener should cost between $321 and $449, so they basically inflated the price to $549 then "discounted" it to the highest end of pricing like I was getting some kind of deal. I called the office to ask the manager about this while they were still working on the repair. He wasn't available and I was told he would call me back. Instead he called his repair man to say I was complaining about the price, but I guess he was okay with it because he never did call me.
