Initial Business Response /* (1000, 10, 2015/06/05) */
When the ***'s originally made their appointment it was for rooms a hallway and stairsWhen the ***'s found how much it was going to cost to get deep cleaning for the whole house they agreed to just deep cleaning the living room and steam
cleaning the restThe invoice only shows deep cleaning rm it does not state deep clean stairsIt also states no guarantee on the jobWe sent the technician back to redo the living room since that is the only room that was deep cleaned
The manager tried to explain to the ***'s that the technician did not deep clean the stairs and that we could not sent someone back out to deep clean the stairs since they were only steam cleaned to begin withIf they wanted us to come back out to deep clean the stairs it was going to cost them an additional feeThey refused
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 12, 2015/06/05) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
The receipt clearly shows that the stairs were deep cleanedThe entire home deep clean cost was over $400, so the technician told us that it would be half the cost to deep clean the living room and stairsThis company is very unprofessionalThe manager *** was extremely rude on the phone and he said he did not care what the receipt showedHe was going to go by what his techinician saidHe said he would call us back (which he never did)We had another company come out and redo the cleaning and it looks like brand new carpet now (and they did not charge extra to quote on quote deep clean) they just do an honest good job

Ms [redacted] called our office on 8/14 to make an appointment for that day. When she was asked by the representative if she had spots or stains on her carpet she answered, yes. She was informed at that time that the technician may or may not need...
to use some additional chemicals on her carpet in order to get it clean but that he would explain that to her once he saw the carpet and it would be up to her to take the technicians recommendations or not.
When the technician got to the residence he noticed a lot of traffic areas and he informed Ms [redacted] that the steam cleaning would not remove all the spots.
Looking at the invoice I see he only spot treated the traffic areas and steamed one room. This is not what was recommended by the technician to clean the carpet. We did our best with what Ms [redacted] was willing to pay. Ms [redacted] was informed also that this was a steam cleaning so the carpet would be wet for a few hours after.

I am not concerned with the areas that had spots. The carpet itself looks the same as it looked before. it took 24hrs to dry and now it still has a dirty appearance.

(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)
This is no Proposal. I already had my carpet re-cleaned. The company did a excellent job for 60.00 and they removed the spots...My carpet was dry in four hours. I am not satisfied with the response and will no longer be using their company.
