I am rejecting this response because:First the engine light has been on sense I purchased the car it took months to repair the four wheel drive and that was only after I called every month and brian your service tecyelled at me that the part was backordered and he couldn't do anything for me to call Chrysler myselfI did and it turns out your tecwas ordering the wrong part the person from Chrysler called him while I was on the phone and he had the part soon after that took months is this acceptiable to you is this how you take care of customers then it took two days for them to replace the part just so you no the lift kit was already on the car I only put it on after I spoke to the salesman who sold me the extended warranty he said a lift kit has nothing to do with the engine or the drive train so it will not void the warranty so maybe you need to train your salesman because according to him lift kits only have to do with suppensionThen I picked up my car and didn't even have it hours and drove less than miles when the engine blew I towed it to the dealer and they didn't even no why it happened you put a used engine in that wasn't a Chrysler engine and it had more than 15,miles more than my car it took months for this repair and I had no rental and when I called about how long it would take pam in service told me if I cant wait come tow it out of there and fix it myself is this great customer service or whatMaybe you can tell me why every time you mechanics work on my car when I pick it up something else is wrong with itNow about the broken manifold bolts don't you warranty your work you put the manifold in it didn't come with the engine according to [redacted] and premier the warranty company but pam and Brian says it did and [redacted] doesn't no so isn't he the service manager and if you think i'm making he also told this to Chrysler customer care and my car came from another dealer to you because customer care told me I had to bring it back to you because you did the work they checked the whole exhaust and the only problem was the broken manifold bolts you have it for a week to check it and all of a sudden I have a cracked cat and bent why pipe I went back to the other dealer and asked about this she got me the Tec and he said he checked the y pipe and cat they had nothing wrong with them can you tell me how it got broken when you had the car and I didn't refuse your offer you told me to take my car and don't come back after I said I would pay the dollars but I wanted a guarentee that the engine light would not come back on when I left the dealer they could't do that so what kind of service department are you running I guess that is why there making you money to keep you in businessI plan to ask other customers if they are having the same problem with there cars
customer purchased car used from us and also purchased a used car powertrain warrantycustomer then modified vehicle with a lift kitsoon after the car was towed to our shop with engine issueswe first had to resubmit his used car warranty to the warranty company showing the modificationsthen
after inspection the engine was replaced with a used engine (which is the extended warranty copolicy)now six months later the car needs a catconverter and exhaust manifold (both not covered items on his used car warranty) the vehicle has about 30,miles since purchasewe were able to goodwill the catconverter (also expired warranty thru chrysler) with chryslers help and he had to pay for exhaust manifold workhis portion of the approx$repair was $and he declined the offerhe also had the car t*** *** s.m *** thanks.o another dealer and was told the same thingany more questions please contact
