[redacted] Revdex.com Re: ID Number [redacted] Dear [redacted] : Here is the timeline of events 5/23/– *** [redacted] brought the vehicle to Precision Auto stating that the check engine light was on, the vehicle sounded rough, and the engine was recently replaced at another shop with a used engineOur technician found a detached vacuum hoseWe reattached the hose and the customer picked up the vehicle 6/2/– *** [redacted] brought the vehicle in for repairs that were previously recommended during the May 23rd visit During this visit *** [redacted] made no mention of any problems with the engine, nor was the check engine light on 7/2/– *** [redacted] brought the vehicle in and stated that the check engine light was on, and the engine was running poorlyThe technician found that the engine was misfiringThe technician replaced the spark plugsThe technician also performed a valve adjustment to the engine to ensure that the valves were adjusted properly because it was a used engine 7/9/– *** [redacted] brought the vehicle in stating that the check engine light was on and the engine did not want to accelerate at timesThe technician found that the engine was misfiring on one cylinder, and there was now a new problemThe technician found that the variable valve timing was not advancing during accelerationThe technician replaced the valve timing actuator because it had been contaminated with metal shavings inside the engineThe customer was advised that metal shavings in the engine could be a sign of internal engine damage This is a used engine and it had multiple problemsThe ignition coil that was replaced by the uncle could have corrected a problem, but the repairs that were made at Precision Auto were undoubtedly necessary However, I must apologize to the ***s for the fact that my husband, Bud, did not respond to them as promisedWe have been dealing with some major health issues, and while this is not an excuse, it is the reason why he has not respondedFor this reason alone, we feel that we need to make an effort to resolve this issue We believe a fair approach would be to divide the disputed amount evenly at $ Sincerely, Jackie W [redacted]
Precision Auto Middlebrook Rd Germantown, MD [redacted] Revdex.com Re: ID Number [redacted] , [redacted] Dear [redacted] Here is the timeline of events 9/22/– *** [redacted] brought his vehicle to Precision Auto for a MD State InspectionThe inspection was performed, all items that failed inspection were noted on the ticket and explained to [redacted] , and he was charged $ 9/26/– [redacted] brought his vehicle back to Precision Auto for a re-inspection of the items that had failed on his original inspection report [redacted] stated that all the repair work had been completed at another shopOur technician put the vehicle on the lift, removed the wheels and did an inspection to insure that the brake repair work had been completed [redacted] was provided with the MD State Inspection Certificate and charged the re-inspection fee of $ 9/29/– [redacted] returned to our shop days later insisting that a friend told him we had done something to his vehicleHe stated that this friend had taken the brake drums off the vehicle to check it outHe was very accusatory and very agitatedWe immediately put the vehicle back on the lift and removed the wheelsWhat we found was the brake adjuster lever pawl was missing from the passenger sideThere was also a spring that was bent [redacted] removed a distorted piece of metal that he had in the trunk of his vehicle, which looked like it could be the missing brake adjuster level pawlWe advised [redacted] to take the vehicle back to the Service Center who had just done the brake repair four days prior since it was their parts and the parts would be under warranty In an attempt to get this matter resolved quickly for everyone, here is our question-- Did [redacted] have the passenger side rear brake adjuster lever pawl and spring repaired after his 9/29/visit to our shop? That is what it sounds like from his letter If so, then we are willing to reimburse him for the cost of the second repairPlease ask [redacted] to provide the second repair bill showing that the passenger side brake repair was completedAlso, the parts replaced should be detailed on the invoice If [redacted] replaced the brake adjuster lever pawl himself, or had his friend do the repair, then we are willing to reimburse him for the costs of the partsHe will need to provide the parts receipt Sincerely, Cornelius W [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: I contacted this number given on their emails several times in the last years and no one answers the phone, during or after business hoursI also opted out once before and I kept receiving the emails from the companyIf the company had noticed in any previous email attemptsI do not open the emails sent to meI do delete them every chance I get because they are full of crap and send you to every link, but the right oneIf this SPAOA company removed me from there website, then good! I don't have to receive those ridiculous emails anymoreIt's a shame you click an email, try to explore it, and all you have is ad after adLoad of bull!! Very disgruntled single parent! I will never recommend anyone to this companies sourceThey should be closed down for advertisementThird party affliates or not!

We are in receipt of the follow up to complaint ID and wanted to respond with the following information.As previously referenced, our email practices are 100% Can-Spam compliant, and all of our members have to option or opting into email communication of information and offers during registration on our site This however is not a requirement of membership We also include an opt-out link on every communication sent from our organization to a member, that link allows the member to manage their email preferences, or opt-out entirely from any mailings from Single Parent Alliance(attached: screenshot of our preferences page).Regarding the complaint received, I would like to reiterate that this member joined over two years ago on March 19th, On Wednesday, September 23rd 2015, the member initiated an unsubscribe request by clicking a link in the copy of one of our email communications and was promptly unsubscribed from all future email notifications This was the only unsubscribe attempt that our system registered You can also unsubscribe from our platform anytime by simply emailing our member services team and making an unsubscribe request (this method is not immediate like the unsubscribe link, it can take up to hours as the members services team does not work weekends).With regard to phone response, we do monitor our voicemails but do not have real time phone support for our members at this time Again, we are a free membership and supporting real time phone support would impact our ability to deliver a free membership to our audience During the month of September, nearly 75,members joined the site We support our members online with a team of people that respond to hundreds of requests and inquiries daily.Most importantly, as for value delivered, we receive many emails from members thanking us for the information provided on our site In addition, we strive to attain value for our members by partnering with services in a way we feel would benefit our members For example all SPAOA members receive 10% off at any Motelnationally Each month we receive reports from our partner showing that hundreds of our members take advantage of this benefit each month, some staying for extended periods of time For example, in the month of August 2015, our members saved over $3,collectively by utilizing this resource we provided We are proud to offer benefits like these to our members and while the site is supported by advertising, we try and make sure the advertisements are relevant to our members.Since its inception, Single Parent Alliance of America has signed up and attempted to help in excess of million members, and communicates online with roughly members a day in our customer service department We understand that on occasion a member may not find our information a good fit or of benefit to them, and we honor all requests to change email preferences or terminate membership If you have any additional questions or concerns, please feel free to contact me directly at:D***,###-###-####[email protected]
