Denver Revdex.com, [redacted] , Good Afternoon, STATEMENT OF FACTS Please Be advised, I Joseph Anson Ledkins (owner) have been out of the office almost entirely since Oct1st, Considering the the "excuses" deemed in the claim, it is appropriate to inform both the Denver Revdex.com & the client thought this reply that I buried my father in Pensacola Florida in the early part of my absence and had to travel to Houston Texas for reasons that will be explained in this reply [redacted] , your comment is ill mannered and unappreciatedI'm sure that reason should sufficeAssumptions are the mother of all comments as such For clarification, Precision Air did sign the client up for a Honeywell name brand Electronic Air Cleaner with a year part and labor warranty Precision Air showed up on time on the agreed date with a Private labeled Electronic Air Cleaner that is manufactured for our company, by our company, for the furnace installed at the clients home, with the correct altitude modifications for foot elevation & CFM airflow, up to inches of static pressure, that has a year part and labor warranty Why did our firm do this? After researching the events, the morning of the argreed installation for the Honeywell E.A.Cstill had not arrived (needed to be ordered)When local distributor does not have what was ordered, the distributor perfectly understands our obligations in this set of circumstancesThey must provide us with an equal or better product then what was ordered at the same pricePrecision Air showed up with a product with 10x the warrantyMr Zenoniani was in such a hurry to attribute bad character on our part that this could not be explained nor could [redacted] be reasoned with - similar to the "excuses" of my absence For further information, Precision Air manufactures in-house Indoor Air Quality products, Furnaces, Ac's, Heat Pumps, Thermostats & so on at the Daiken Factory in Houston TexasThe needs of the 90% of the Hvac/Hydronics products locally do not meet the needs of the equipment and installed application's for Denver to LeadvilleFor those reasons, our firm builds these items to the specifications & exceed's excpectiaons Precision Air products are not available through Amazon or any other online site [redacted] will be refunded $I'll authorize the transaction through accounting I am not interested in further discussion that involves overly imagined offenses or overly sensitive slights when our firm exceeded exceptions by showing up on time with a product that had 10x the warranty of what was purchased, that meets the needs of that spacific application Please google the complaints of ongoing "Amazon" knock-off productsThere was a lengthy article on yahoo just Monday as a matter of fact [redacted] Precision Air Principle

Thank you for notifying us of this customer complaint, and allowing us the opportunity to respondWhile we understand the position of the customer and how they feel, we are unfortunately not able to assist them in the exact way they wishThis customer purchased a machine with a color scheme that
was new for 2015, and wanted their boaccessories to matchPrior to the actual sale date of the machine, we ordered all accessories that they wanted, but discovered that several of them were backordered at the factory, due to the colorThis information was relayed to the customer, who agreed to bring the machine back to us to install them when they arrivedIt was originally thought this would be at the time of the breservice, which is due at either hours or miles of operation, whichever occurs firstAs the customer mentioned, they reached miles sooner than expected, and brought the machine to our shop for its initial serviceUnfortunately at that time, not all of the accessories they ordered had arrivedWe did install the parts we had received by then, yet there were still some outstandingWhen they finally arrived, we notified the customer immediatelyThey did not wish to bring their machine to us for installation, but instead decided to pick up the remaining accessories and install them on their ownSince we had charged them previously for installation labor, we verbally issued them a credit, which was then applied to the purchase of a winch mounting plateThis credit was not documented on paper, but was done in good faith with the customerIt was fully explained to this customer, as it is to ALL of our customers, that the breservice is the customer’s responsibilityIt is also explicitly stated in the Operator’s Guide (from the manufacturer) that “The breinspection is at the expense of the vehicle owner.”When we present this to the customer at the time of sale, we are often asked about the cost of this serviceIt is our usual response to break down the items involved “parts are this much, labor is about this much, etc.”We then approximate the total cost to the customerThe breservice IS expensive, but it is also very thoroughWe charge for about 75% of the time that it actually takes our technicians to properly perform this serviceWe are aware that there are other dealerships providing a breservice for less money, but we believe that they are less thorough, and do not properly inspect, lubricate, adjust, clean & change all service points that are appropriateUsing our service management software, we have created job-specific templates that list all the service points and the action that should be taken at eachThese templates are used in the interest of thoroughness and also fairness, so that customers are universally charged the same dollar amount for the same serviceWe corrected the roof issue at the time of the breserviceWe added additional padding to the Ubrackets that clamp the roof in placeThis was not specified in the roof manufacturer’s instructions; we did not know to do this at the time we installed their roof, but we have changed our installation procedure for subsequent roof installations of this typeThis corrective action was performed at no cost to the customerThe customer called some time later stating they broke an axle, and asked if it would be covered under warrantyUsing the customer’s verbal description of the type of axle failure, we were unable to determine over the phone if it would be covered under warrantyWe advised the customer to bring the machine to us, as it was the only way we could determine for sureCustomer declined to bring us the machine to inspect, but instead purchased an aftermarket axle, which we had in stockWhen customer opened the package at their location, they discovered that it had been damaged in shippingThis damage was NOT evident on the outside of the packageWe refunded their money promptly, but could not exchange it directly with another, since we only keep one of those in stockWe located another aftermarket axle at our sister store, and directed our customer to purchase it there, since it is close to their locationOn 08/14/2015, customer brought their machine in with a broken front axleUsing sales records and other clues, we determined it was the same axle that was damaged beforeSince this was now an aftermarket axle, OEM warranty will not cover the failureWe attempted to get coverage through the customer’s Extended Warranty companyTheir Extended Warranty was purchased through us at the time of saleThis claim attempt was denied by the warranty providerThe axle shaft sheared where it entered the differential housingThis is viewed by the warranty provider as damage due to misuse/abuse, caused specifically by overloading the axleWhen an OEM axle is still under OEM warranty, this particular type of breakage is generally not covered as wellThe OEM publishes detailed warranty guidelines that exhibit what is a covered failure, and what is notWe go to great lengths to ensure that we conduct our business ethically and morallyThis extends to our customers, as well as the companies with whom we do businessIn a case like this, we have dual obligations: we must balance customer expectations with the specific guidelines and decisions of our service providersNeither our customers nor our service providers should sufferWe try very hard to obtain warranty coverage whenever it is at all possibleIn this instance, OEM warranty is unavailable because it is an aftermarket part that is broken; the Extended Warranty has denied the claim due to apparent misuseWe cannot “eat” a $500+ repair with no compensationWe have, however, disassembled the customer’s machine and identified all parts that need replacedWe provided this service at no cost to the customer, and let them have their machine back when they declined the repairIt always amazes us when others think we should work for freeOne would not continue going to a job if their employer stopped paying themOur service department exists to support our customersWe have invested very heavily in service the last yearWe constructed a new shop, and outfit it with the best tools availableThis investment is not free to usWe believe that service work is worthy of compensationWhen we have a warranty claim, it is paid by a warranty providerWhen we have customer-pay service jobs, they are paid by the customerWe should not be asked to provide service work for freeIf we did, we wouldn’t be in business very long, and we would not be able to support our customersThere is a big difference between supporting customers’ recreational activities and subsidizing themAs a continued gesture of goodwill, we are willing to perform the repair of this machine at a reduced cost, however we simply cannot do it for freePlease let us know if this resolution will be acceptable.Sincerely, All Seasons Powersports

My air had been out all day by the time MrP*** arrived in the late afternoon, as promised He was courteous, professional and friendly, but, most important...he found the problem and fixed it quickly and efficiently, and my cool was restored Thank you

I've used Precision Air for several years and I am extremely pleased with their service and professionalism Leo always takes the time to explain what he did and answers all of my questions

Leo hooked up my WiFi thermostat. He knew how to do it and completed the job promptly. Apparently it was too difficult for another A/C company??? I used Precision for plumbing and A/C, both jobs went well and paid a fair price.

Juan was very friendly and professional. He did a great job!

Juan P has now come out to my house twice. First to check out my a/c and make sure it was prepped and ready for the summer. The second time he came out was late on a Monday night to see why my a/c wasn't working. He stayed late and worked on my a/c until it was up and running.
Reasons why I will always stick with Precision Air: The techs take the time to explain what is wrong and why you need to do what they suggest. They are very respectful and considerate of your home. The office staff is extremely nice and helpful. The communication between the customer, office staff and techs is fantastic. You get an itemized bill before the tech event leaves.
I can't say enough about how much I appreciate Juan and the excellent service that he and Precision Air provide me with.
