Review: We put down $2000 for down-payment for 2 Woodway Treadmills for $2700 each in March 2013. Two weeks after down payment, we were told that only one treadmill was available and there will be a delay in delivery of the one treadmill. Every 2 weeks, they would tell us there is another delay and will be delivering next week. Then since mid-May we had heard nothing. The $2000 was never returned. They still owe us $2000.Desired Settlement: They owe us $2000. We need a refund ASAP.

Review: I "purchased" 13 pieces of Fitness equipment from [redacted] for a client of mine. [redacted] was to pick up the equipment and load on the shipping container that I arranged. Per our agreement, and as is normal in our business, I paid the $13,000 up front prior to loading, made arrangement for the container and [redacted] disappeared. He DOES NOT respond in a timely fashion to email, text or phone calls...waiting days to reply and with barely any information. He DOES NOT pick up the phone or return phone calls to anyone. He has changed his story at least 4 times during the last month. He has caused us to miss 3 sailings and container booking causing us and our client to incur additional penalty fees. I have spoken to others in our business and everyone has the same story about this man and his company. As I looked up his Revdex.com record that was proven. I have called, emailed, texted, and messaged him many many many times, as has the container company, the shipping broker etc and [redacted] avoids all calls and does NOT return emails. I have demanded our money back to which he again has NOT replied or sent the funds. This is completely unacceptable.Desired Settlement: I gave several options for rectifying this and he has not replied to any of them. So now I want the $13,000 back PLUS additional fees incurred of $250 (this keeps going up) CASHIERS CHECK ONLY. SENT VIA [redacted] OR [redacted].
Review: I purchased (paid in full) from [redacted] at Preowned Fitmess back in August [redacted], 2013 It was supposed to be sent out for delivery in two weeks. I have tried to email, call, text repeatedly and no answer. I have only been able to get a response by text and he avoids the questions and tells me that he is busy and will get back to me when he is free and he fails every time to return my call or text. I have tried countless time to get in contact and try to get things resolved but he dodges all calls. Hides from me doesn't answer emails or texts. On one of my numerous tries to call the store to get an answer the store clerk out me on hold then told me that he was in the hospital. I always get the same answer oh yes tomorrow and nothing.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive my equipment ASAP with a expected delivery date. Tracking information also to make sure that he has done what he has been saying he would do for the last two months. If he can not deliver the equipment ASAP then I would need a Full refund asap in the same method of payment that was provided to him.

Review: Treadmill that was purchased is defective and Pre Owned Fitness has not attempted to return to do any repairs after the treadmill was finally delivered.Desired Settlement: Pre Owned Fitness return pick up the defective equipment and return the Condo's money.

Review: I had recently purchased a $1000 treadmill plus $100 delivery from this company and was promised a warranty for the machine if I had any issues with it in the first 90 days. I purchased the treadmill on August *,2013 and within about a few days of operation the treadmill began to skip when someone was running on it at a fast pace. The treadmill is in a location where a number of people may use it a day ( not a gym; just work) and one person described it as scary because he also dislocated his knee because it skipped while running at 8mph. I immediately tried to call the company at [redacted] multiple times and it just rang a few times then was advised the answering machine is full. Next I sent them an email detailing the incident and waited about two weeks with no response either. I have no other way of contacting this so called legitimate company so they can send someone out to repair the machine.Desired Settlement: I just want them to send a repair tech to look at the machine and fulfill their promise of a warranty before someone gets hurt on this machine.

I have received a response from the company ironically today after 4 weeks of trying and was told the owner was in the hospital. The issue is currently being resolved and would like to withdraw my complaint. If I have any issues I'll submit another complaint.
