I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.The response from the business apologizes for the problem but does not provide a refund They took over a thousand dollars of my money, charging me for hotel rooms we did not stay in They have apologized for the abusive and threatening behavior of their staff member, but they still are charging me, even though we already paid to stay in a different hotel because they made staying at their hotel completely untenable.Any reasonable business would have immediately offered a full refund If Travelodge thinks it is reasonable to charge me after I was bullied, threatened, and verbally abused by their staff member, then everyone should be warned to never do business with Travelodge And if the Wyndham group won't step up and honor their obligations to make this right, then the Wyndham group is also behaving reprehensibly and cannot be trusted Wyndham customer service promised I would not be charged, and they have failed to keep their promise.I feel very strongly that I should never have been charged, and that I am entitled to a full refund Wyndham/Travelodge are behaving in an unethical, reprehensible and possibly criminal fashion, and I would like to pursue every possible avenue of recourse Additionally, the public should be warned about this so they cannot exploit and cheat other people in the future.I have attached substantiating details of my complaint, which I have sent to Travelodge and Wyndham customer service
