We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and will do what we can in resolving these issues with the customer We will be contacting her and reimbursing her the $that she is requesting for the inspection, weigh and missing sewer cap We have researched the file and paperwork and this was not done and should have not been charged to the customer Inspections and weighs are internal request that are put in the computer and was not taken out when customer came in to pickup her vehicle As for the water leak on her coach, unfortunately we can not check all 500+ vehicles on our lot after each rain, when it is noticed, we do take action and contact the customer Finally, when doing body work on RVs, we do have to modify different things to make them fit and work properly When we called about the door, it showed that it was available and we did receive one, however, when it showed up we ended up using parts off the new door (as it would not fit properly) to fix the old door Mrs [redacted] spoke with the service manager and service writer about this issue and it was explained that the work we did repairing the existing door actually ended up costing more then the price that we paid for the new door There are many times that insurance companies know that some things may have to be modified Mrs [redacted] said that she would call her insurance and let them know and if they had any problems with it then they could contact us We have never heard from her insurance company about this Following this email a check will be sent out and Mrs [redacted] will be notified that it is on its way to her
