The buyer was a successful bidder in an auction held on August 26, The items were received by the buyer on September 8, USPS confirmation number *** verified deliveryPrior to the buyer receiving the order the buyer contacted us on at least occasionsOur
policy is to reply to any contact within 24-hours, except on weekends when we are closedContacts made during that time are replion MondaysHere we replied to the buyer's contacts each timeI spoke to him personally and the buyer explained that he believed our customer service was deficient, that his business had people specifically assigned to customer problems and that our system did not workI thanked him for his input and wanted to resolve his issueIn the interim we received threats from the buyer, one of which was written, which peaked my curiosityI learned that your Revdex.com affiliate in the buyer's community has a file replete with complaints against the buyer, some of which are identical to the complaints in this matterI further learned that various internet blog spots also contain a plethora of complaints about unscrupulous dealings by this buyer and his companyThis further peaked my curiosityAs a business we are customer-centricWe believe that without customers we would not have a business and we are extremely grateful for each and every person who uses usIt is very easy to have someone buy something onceThe difficult part is getting that repeat businessWe are experts in that area and we cultivate customersIn fact this was the second purchase by the buyerHowever, in this particular buyer's case we will not do anything to resolve any issue with himWe made this decision based on a threatening letter the buyer sent to us on or about November 21, As an attachment the buyer submitted "PACKING SLIP-CUSTOMER COPY" which we do NOT use in our businessWe use an invoice and the packing procedure is simpleItems are pulled and organized against invoicesA second set of eyes confirms that the pulling is correct and then the packer does the restIn this buyer's case the same procedure was employed and all items were pulled, reviewed, packed and shippedThe bogus packing slip does not contain lot ***In essence the packing slip was manufactured, not by usWe simply would not do something like thatI made the decision at that point that we would not do anything to resolve this matterIt should be noted that the buyer has submitted two separate charge-backs though his credit card companyThe first was denied and his second attempt was just received by usWe will response to that bogus charge-back within the appropriate time-frameThe buyer asks for a refund of $because of "the unscrupulous way that this matter has been handled" or in the alternative the merchandiseBy letter dated November 21, the buyer tells us he is filing a complaint through the New Jersey CourtsHe has already completed two charge-backs, complained with you, is filing a court case and appears to follow the squeaky wheel theoryIn closing, we simply will not do anything for this buyer, which is a first for usIf any customer has any issue we resolve it immediately, all except this one
