Takes months to issue a refund for services that were not rendered Kept saying he'd do it as soon as he could and still no response
On January 20th I contacted this business about some motor repairs They requested that I put down a $deposit in order to hold a part so I did The very next day I phoned them to let them know I wasn't going to need the part and they said no problem we'll issue you a refund Well months later still no refund Then today 5/16/when I phoned again he simply said he didn't have the money It's been one excuse after another for months and way to late to issue a dispute with my bank I just want other consumers to know to never give this company money until a job is completed!! They are simply a SCAM!!!

Amazed that just days from dropping off boat, I was going on acceptance water test on my COMPLETELY rebuilt Johnson This Motor could not have ran better when it was new I paid the $fee for them to remove/instal l which also validates the year warranty All machine work is done in house, not sent out to who knows where

We ordered a powerhead for Johnson 90hp Vmodel J90ELEDR on 11/9/from Vaughn Lfor $CHK#2108; received it 11/29/17; installed it & customer picked boat up 12/11/17; shipped core back to Vaughn FedEx 12/13/(tracking# XXXXXXXXXXXX costing $credit card)Received phone call from customer 7/9/saying they finally got to take it out, but only used it a short time, it never got up to speed & went down to nothing, cut off & wouldn't crank backWe picked it up, checked it out & found a big piece missing on the bottom of the powerhead & took pictures of itOn 7/12/@ 9:am, we called Vaughn Lof Powerhead Exchange, told him what the problem was, sent him the pictures, & he told us to send it back & he would get right on itWe got it off & shipped it to him on 7/13/UPS (tracking# 1Z2XFXXXXXXXXXXXXX costing $credit card); he receive
