Dear sir/madam:My name is Lonnie *** and a complaint was made about an alleged service I provided to someone by the name of *** on or about March 2017. Unfortunately I have no recollection of this transaction or service. I give every customer a receipt so I can provide
warranties and unfortunately this is not a service or person I can remember. Furthermore, I provide optimum service and fix any issues a customer has if notified. I have been at The same location for over years with the same phone number and this is the first time hearing of a complaint like this from an individual with this name. Please provide proof of video and audio of transaction details as the report is unclear. I take no responsibility for this as this is information against myself and my company. I have a reputable business and would never give someone the run around and take money from someone without provided even a paper or napkin written receipt. Thank you, Lonnie ***
