I purchased a mower here about a year ago I took it back for the annual service recently They said it would be done in a week or less After 1/weeks, I called and they hadn't started it Said they would put it on the hot list and get it done Three days later, still not started Said it would be the next week I told them to bring it back to me the next day whether it was done or not They were magically able to work it in Said it would be delivered between 8:30am and 9:30am It arrived at 12:45pm They charged me for spark plugs The delivery guy left a bungee cord on the deck and when I engaged the blades, it got tangled in my belt and pulley I sent an email to their customer service to explain what happened They didn't bother to reply

I have had a very good experience at the Power Outlet Store in xxxxx I bought a lawn mower from them and the service has been excellent I recently went back and purchased a leaf blower I do believe sometimes the price is slightly higher than some of the other retail stores, but the quality of the product is excellent and most of all I want to buy my lawn equipment from someone who has a service departmentThank you xxxxx for your outstanding service and attention to detail

The Power Outlet in Mooresville is awesome, I have personally bought parts there several times in the past years, they have allway's had the parts I've needed which have gotten me out of several binds and enabeled me to get my mowing doneThank You again Power Outlet
