After reviewing this customer's case, I have confirmed that he was billed in the correct manner as outlined in our Terms & ConditionsThe customer agreed to the terms and conditions before he purchased the productThe extra charge he is talking about is the cost of the initial trial product It is clearly stated in our terms that if you do not cancel within the allotted time frame you will be billed for the full price of the trial bottles and then placed on a monthly subscription where we send product every daysThat being said, I have issued this customer a full refund due to the fact that he was so unsatisfied with our products

Our website clearly displays the telephone and email contact for customers to contact us in many different areasI am sorry that this consumer was not able to locate it, but it is listed on every single page of our website multiple timesThis customer disputed his charge with the credit card company and was granted a full refund so we consider this matter closed

After reviewing this customer's case I have decided to give them a full refund. They were in fact billed correctly according to our T&C, however since we want all of our customers to be happy I have issued a full refund.

youtube video that he posted. I have also confirmed with USPS tracking that the customers product was delivered on May 31st. That being said, I am issuing this customer a full refund because I want everyone to be satisfied with our products.
