Our response is the same today as it was previously, Mr [redacted] has indicated nothing new To make it as simple as possible; we do not have the authority to adjust his claim Regardless of what Mr [redacted] may think, we have virtually no power over how his claim is adjustedMr [redacted] is wrong to file his complaint against usHis complaint is entirely spurious and without foundation in fact Mr [redacted] should work with us through his insurance producer in the future
Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Sincerely, [redacted] *** I did called the company Poulton about to month ago, They told me the only thing I could do was work with the adjuster they sent out, I told them they were not working with meAgain you need to work with them the adjuster you haveThat is all you can doOn month after nothing was happening .I put my story on Revdex.com and now they will talk to meI called Poulton again, The rep told me the policy should go to a cash valueHe said he would call and email the adjuster to get the claim doneI asked again if I could change adjuster, He told me he could try but it will start the claim all over and will take more time, you should just stay with the adjuster you have, We Poulton would stay on the adjuster to get this done, I called Poulton again to ask about the cash value, Now he tells me that it can't go cash value because the city that the home in, sent letter tell me I can not rebuild the homeEvery time I talk to Poulton or the adjuster I get different answersI was told today to call Lloyds London and was give a pone number, I called and left message with no returnPoulton is a part of this, They work with the adjustersI think a big part of this is the adjusters and Poulton trying to stretch this out as long as possible and try to make me take less or lose the houseThe adjuster is now coming back out to the house with my contractor to try to come up with amount for the repairsThey also told me to get a estimate to demolition the housePoulton wanted me to take this off Revdex.com and threatening legal action if I did notI will resolve my complaint when the claim is done approved, who know this could take another month or more
