Relative to Mr***’s complaint, we provide our response: 1- Poulton Associates Incis not “the insurance company” as Mr*** should be aware since he does have a copy of the insurance contract and we have spoken to him on more than one occasion in our capacity as
the Program Administrator for the Natural Catastrophe Insurance Program which is underwritten by “Certain Underwriters at Lloyd’s” London To be clear; the insurance company is Lloyd’s of London not Poulton Associates, Inc2- Poulton Associates Incdoes not have the authority to adjust claims on behalf of Lloyd’s. Lloyd’s has reserved that right and process for themselves and has named as their third-party claims administrator for claims made under the Natural Catastrophe Insurance Program CJW & Associates Mr*** is in possession of the contact information for the claims adjuster which was appointed by CJW and has been in contact with them Therefore, Mr*** knows, or should have known that Poulton Associates is not his claims adjuster nor his insurer3- Poulton Associates Incis a surplus lines insurance broker as that term is understood in the insurance industry and is operating as an intermediary on behalf of Mr***’s insurance representative/producer; Floodsmart Insurance. Floodsmart Insurance submitted Mr***’s claim to us and we submitted that claim to CJW4- Once a claim is in the hands of the third party administrator, in this case CJW, Poulton Associates has no authority from the insurer, Lloyd’s of London, to adjust the claim. Therefore the Revdex.com should, and is requested to, delete Mr***’s claim from the Poulton Associates Revdex.com history5- Poulton Associates Inchas done everything in our power to see that Mr***’s claim was expedited and adjusted fairly; including contacting CJW on more than one occasion and responding to Mr***’s communications with us with information and suggestions designed to help him achieve the maximum benefit from his insurance policyIn summary, we do not believe that Mr*** has any legitimate grounds for his complaint against Poulton Associates Inc His complaint might have been made against CJW or Lloyd’s of London but not Poulton Associates Inc. He has improperly alleged misconduct on our part and should withdraw his complaint. Failing his withdrawal of the complaint the Revdex.com should disallow it based on the fact that we have done everything we can to help Mr*** resolve his claim. He should look to CJW or Lloyd’s of London for resolution. They are the only parties that can resolve this for him. By law, Poulton Associates cannot resolve this for him If the Revdex.com lends credence to Mr***'s complaint by publishing it and appearing to support the numerous misrepresentations and errors therein, Poulton Associates reserves the right to take appropriate legal action against both parties

[redacted]  I did called the company Poulton about 6 to 7 month ago, They told me the only thing I could do was work with the adjuster they sent out, I told them they were not working with me. Again you need to work with them the adjuster you have. That is all you can do. On month 10 after nothing was happening .I put my story on Revdex.com and now they will talk to me. I called Poulton again, The rep told me the policy should go to a cash value. He said he would call and email the adjuster to get the claim done. I asked again if I could change adjuster, He told me he could try but it will start the claim all over and will take more time, you should just stay with the adjuster you have, We Poulton would stay on the adjuster to get this done, I called Poulton again to ask about the cash value, Now he tells me that it can't go cash value because the city that the home in, sent letter tell me I can not rebuild the home. Every time I talk to Poulton or the adjuster I  get different answers. I was told today to call Lloyds London and was give a pone number, I called and left message with no return. Poulton is a part of this, They work with the adjusters. I think a big part of this is the adjusters and Poulton trying to stretch this out as long as possible and try to make me take less or lose the house. The adjuster is now coming back out to the house with my contractor to try to come up with amount for the repairs. They also told me to get a estimate to demolition the house. Poulton wanted me to take this off Revdex.com and threatening legal action if I did not. I will resolve my complaint when the claim is done approved, who know this could take another 10 month or more.

Our response is the same today as it was previously, Mr. [redacted] has indicated nothing new.  To make it as simple as possible; we do not have the authority to adjust his claim.  Regardless of what Mr. [redacted] may think, we have virtually no power over how his claim is adjusted. Mr. [redacted] is wrong to file his complaint against us. His complaint is entirely spurious and without foundation in fact.  Mr. [redacted] should work with us through his insurance producer in the future.
