To Whom It may Concern:*** ***, the complaintant, sent me an email after the incident occurred. I was on vacation in Washington D.Cat the time. I responded that evening when I came back to the hotel. I told her that I took this matter seriously and that I was across the
country on vacation. The employee does not work here anymore. She told me , Postnet, and you that I did not respond. I do not know who she tried to contact, but there is only one email to use. She also told everyone that I had a second employee working here who ignored herI do not have a second employee. That was another customer, who drops off mail for the company that she works for.Each time that she emailed me I responded, however she emailed me at night to demand that I meet her in person. I contacted Postnet about the continued a harassment I am looking for a new employee at this time.Barbara L***

Pursuant to Ms. Barbara L[redacted] response to the complaint I submitted to the Revdex.com, please be informed that this business owner failed to contact me by phone per my written and voice message requests (including that of PostNet Corporate as well) in order to "directly" address the hostile and threatening behavior directed at me by a Post Net employee while patronizing her business. Moreover,  Ms. L[redacted] claim that she terminated this employee following this unfortunate incident contradicts her employee's statement to me during his belligerent outburst.  According to the employee, it was his "last day" of employment at PostNet.Further, Ms. L[redacted] false allegations of being harassed by me is not only offensive but indicative of an individual unwilling to take responsibility and the appropriate actions to address and resolve this matter.  I recommend that Ms. L[redacted] provide the Revdex.com with harassing correspondences and / or voice messages as evidence to substantiate her libelous claims.  In summation, Ms. Barbara L[redacted] has failed to comply with the terms for resolution identified in my initial complaint, and thus, this matter has not been brought to a satisfactory consumer closure.Respectfully,[redacted]
