Poster Print Shop

I will never use them again and neither should youI ordered two posters for a total of $The posters arrived not as I ordered them but with a white border and not trim to bleedI have sent four emails to posterprintshop and they only responded *** after the third email that they will refund the $trimming fee (which they have not done)I proposed that they pay for the return postage and they can trim them and never got a responseThe point is that I have posters that are not what I ordered and to make them work I have to take them somewhere for the trim and pay extraI have a an exhibition opening on August and now, because their unresponsiveness, it's to late to have the posters remade
