We have been ordering replacement mobile home doors for over years Replacement mobile home doors come with a metal frame They are available and measured in inch incrementsSuch as 32" x 72" or 32" x 74" or 34" x 76" or 36" x 78" When ordering a door customers are told the following: The door must be paid in full before we order it Double check your measurement If you order the wrong size, it is your door There are no refunds on special order doors or windows.The mobile home parts book is available on our website In it are instructions regarding measuring replacement doors.Our supplier does not give us a refund After they deduct a 25% re-stocking fee we are given a parts credit Credit is given after they inspect it and approve the returnI am sorry our customer was confused about her door size when she placed the order I am also sorry that my parts person was disrespectful when she brought it back He has been with our company over years and sometimes has a bad day He did feel bad about it because he came and told me about the return There is not much I can do but apologize We no longer have the ordered door and we were charged a 25% not a 20% fee for returning it

The reason I reject this response is because the salesperson did tell me that the size he ordered was standard and usually in stock, but it was currently out of stockSo if the manager would lie about this, I can imagine what else he would sayThank you for the attempt to resolve this, just know I've learned my lessonI will not be purchasing anything else from them, and all of my friends/coworkers will hear of the company's hospitality and their eagerness to lie
