I placed an order on July 20thAt checkout, I was notified that the shipping time could be up to 1-weeks due to the volume of orders they were receivingI also received that same notice in my confirmation emailI patiently waited over weeks for a shipping confirmationI reached out to the company yesterday and was told that the shipping time was actually weeks (which would be Friday, August 10th) but that they couldn't tell me where in processing my order wasI was honest and told them this all seemed like a scamI was assured they were not a scamI then did further digging on their [redacted] page and saw a link to the complaints on the Revdex.comWhen I asked them directly about these negative reviews, they blocked meI now have to file a dispute with my bank account for the charges, which is a pain, and won't ever receive the items I ordered nor get the time back spent on this company
I placed an order more than a month ago and paid for it yet, I have not received my productsDid they just take the money and run...?

Lots and lots of complaints on their Facebook page about merchandise not being received, and refunds not being honoredI received an email stating a full refund had been issued, but it was notMy credit card company has opened a complaint with themHow does one track the owners of this business and hold them accountable? What is the recourse when the business closes?

I wrote back on 8/inquiring where my goods were and received no answerI also wrote 8/with no answer, and posted on *** on 8/with no answer after threatening to dispute the charge with my back as well as file a report with Revdex.comNothing has worked thus farThis business should NOT be in business as they don't
Ordered from company on July 19, 2018, at which time I was told product would ship within to weeks Two days later, an email changed the shipping to to weeks At weeks, I had not received any shipping notification and when I contacted the company via email & ***, I was told that a member from their team would reach out to me with a status update No further communication has occurred We're now in week since order, my money has been taken, but there is no indication on when (or if) my products will arrive Based on the comments on ***, hundreds of other customers are also waiting for products, and we're noticing many who ordered more recently receiving their product, while those who ordered in mid July are still waiting

Positive Bibez took my order and my money via credit card, and then I never heard back from them with status of my order or tracking info and never received products Trying to get info is virtually impossible, only communication is via auto reply emails from them or via Admin on a distantly associated Facebook Group I and many others have been scammed and ripped offThis is anything but positive!
