I would highly recommend you not use this portrait company First off, the company has a kiosk in the mall There is a high pressure salesperson saying it is only $ When you make an appointment you pay the $and are told you need to bring another $for the photographer the day of your appointment We should have just walked away Anyhow, we go to our appointment and the photographer is this young person that is just taking pictures with a couple of cheap props I was told I need to pick up my portraits on a specific day Other than that day They are no longer available They are destroyed She gave me a paper and it had a specific time on the specific date I asked her what if I could not make it that day and time The photographer said, "anytime that day was fine and if it needed to be another day you needed to call and make arrangements." No big deal, they seem accommodating with their system The night before my appointment I received a voicemail saying my appointment was at 2pm I called back and also left a voicemail, I was most likely going to arrive earlier A few minutes later I receive a text message, which seemed a bit unprofessional It said they were confirming my appointment I texted back saying I may need to cancel if it had to be 2pm The person texted me back and said anytime besides lunch 2-was fine I agreed and went in at noon When I show up, I am told I need to wait for my appointment time I asked if I could just have the photos I paid for since I needed to leave I had somewhere to be and needed to leave I was told in front of all the customers in the mall, that I could ask the people with appointment times if I could bump them to have my appointment I did not want to bump anyone I simply stated what I was told by the photographer and in the text I understood I may not have the time to sit with the salesperson to order more, however I needed to leave The representative would not answer my question about picking up a different day and just rudely addressed me in the middle of the mallIt was the worst customer service experience I have ever experienced Also, beware.....they say it is this $1,value and try to make you over pay and even "layaway" your portraits The sales representative I ended up speaking to tried to talk me into paying $more dollars for a few pages of photos that were not very good I offered $since they were printed and he said no I did get a phone call a few days later and a new representative tried to offer the printed photos for $ Weird the representative already offered them to me for $ DON'T GO TO THESE PEOPLE! Go to a place that is permanent location and has regular business hours I should have known better
I would highly recommend you not use this portrait company. First off, the company has a kiosk in the mall. There is a high pressure salesperson saying it is only $7. When you make an appointment you pay the $7 and are told you need to bring another $6 for the photographer the day of your appointment. We should have just walked away. Anyhow, we go to our appointment and the photographer is this young person that is just taking pictures with a couple of cheap props. I was told I need to pick up my portraits on a specific day. Other than that day They are no longer available. They are destroyed. She gave me a paper and it had a specific time on the specific date. I asked her what if I could not make it that day and time. The photographer said, "anytime that day was fine and if it needed to be another day you needed to call and make arrangements." No big deal, they seem accommodating with their system. A few minutes later I receive a text message, which seemed a bit unprofessional. It said they were confirming my appointment. I texted back saying I may need to cancel if it had to be 2pm. The person texted me back and said anytime besides lunch 2-3 was fine. I agreed and went in at noon. When I show up, I am told I need to wait for my appointment time. I asked if I could just have the photos I paid for since I needed to leave. I had somewhere to be and needed to leave. I was told in front of all the customers in the mall, that I could ask the people with appointment times if I could bump them to have my appointment. I did not want to bump anyone. I simply stated what I was told by the photographer and in the text. I understood I may not have the time to sit with the salesperson to order more, however I needed to leave. The representative would not answer my question about picking up a different day and just rudely addressed me in the middle of the mall. It was the worst customer service experience I have ever experienced. Also, beware.....they say it is this $1,000 value and try to make you over pay and even "layaway" your portraits. The sales representative I ended up speaking to tried to talk me into paying $30 more dollars for a few pages of photos that were not very good. I offered $20 since they were printed and he said no. I did get a phone call a few days later and a new representative tried to offer the printed photos for $60. Weird the representative already offered them to me for $30. DON'T GO TO THESE PEOPLE! Go to a place that is permanent location and has regular business hours. I should have known better.
