she could not be present by Facetime, she did not want the Doctor to see her daughterI told her that if she cancelled the appointment, she would be charged a $dollar same day cancel, which is also in our policyShe was unhappy that she would be charged a fee for a same day cancel, and she told me to not charge herI explained to her that the Doctor was happy to see her daughter with the person that was with her so she would not be charged, she still wanted to be there via FacetimeThe parent of the patient did have a choice to avoid the same day cancel fee
