We have contacted the customer, verified the CC# to be refunded and processed the refundCustomer is satisfied and the issue is resolved

Review: The sa[redacted]man was misleading. They new that my car had been recalled and and that a new model year was coming out and failed to disclose this fact and a significant delay and devaluation of the car. This was deliberately misleading. The sa[redacted] manager Fernando C[redacted] (sp?) said to accommodate me he would refund my deposit of $1,000. It has been a month and I have yet to receive my deposit backDesired Settlement: A refund of my deposit.
