I have NOT received what I paid for! The order was made on the 4/24/I ordered five (5) individual signs of Item#:*** one multi pack (6pack) of Item#:***The copy of my order is attachedAfter multiple attempts, I finally get in touch with Mr*** on 5/9/According to Mr***, there was a mistake on their webpage, which stated that it is six-pack, and claiming it was just one individual signMoreover, out of individual signs (Item#:***) ordered and paid for, I have received only two (2) with explanation from Mr*** that the remaining three (3) were backordered and will be shipped soonI declined and requested my entire order to be cancelledDespite multiple attempts I haven't heard nor received any remaining items from my order, which was fully PAID forSo, as for today, the June 9, I have received one (1) sign (Item#:***) and two (2) signs of (Item#:***) and paid $for it! Since this whole butchered order is clearly caused by Pool Lala misleading advertising and subsequent failing to fulfil my order I want to either get the rest of my order or I want to send the received products back to Pool Lala and receive the full refund of $I hope and believe we will settle this dispute and avoid any possible future legal actions

I spoke to customer in regards to his order approximately 1 month ago via telephone and due to a communication problem because of slight language barrier, I requested that he email his question which he complied with and explained how he was under the impression that he was ordering a multi pack...

which was not the case. The customer received what he paid for but still demanded his money back without returning the product. I am happy to refund with a return of the products that were received.
