Worst customer service ever I placed an order online on 9/ I followed up on the status 2-weeks later They responded with a day delay stating that the manufacturer's lead-time was 3-weeks I followed up again weeks after I placed the order Two emails and a voice message later (their phones and web live chat are not working), I got another short email telling me that the order had been cancelled and the amount refunded (it had) I'm sure the response I got via email had nothing to do with my leaving a voice message promising to file a claim with my credit card company and the Revdex.com if I did not hear back from them They never informed me that the order had been cancelled I know teenagers who can run a lemonade stand with more professionalism, courtesy and better customer service than these people
UPS ground is not an express shipping optionThere is no guarantee date for ground deliveryIf a certain date was needed, an express option should have been chosen as they guarantee their
delivery datesThe cost was provided at checkout before hitting confirm, so I'm not sure why there is a complaint about the cost when it was stated
Regarding taking so many days to respondI went back and found all communication with buyers and copied the the emails and our responsesI have included it in the word documentAs you can see, they were all responded to with in a day, most same day (there are about different times we emailed)
Our shopping cart is set up so that you have to agree to our terms before it will allow you to continue checkoutDoing so, the customer was aware that we offer store credit or size exchange for returns
Customer's return was received back on Friday May 9thThe Store credit code was emailed to her on Monday May 12thOne day for processing a return I think is more than fairYou can see this below (where we also stated again that we offer store credit)

I asked the customer if she has separated and fluffed up the layer (see screen shot of email). She told me she didShe sent back the items, attached is the first picture is how I received themThey did not look like they had been separated at allThe second two pictures are after I separated and fluffed the layers on one of the tutus, the other I left as I received it to show the differenceWhile not on a dog or a figure like the product picture (see attached) they sure do look similar to me.
As I mentioned to the customer, as this was an unauthorized return, the items can go back to her or we work with a yorkie rescue in Texas that takes our returns and we can donate the items to them.
There is no basis for this complaint and I would like to see all reference to it removed
Customer ordered a pair of dog swim suits, the size large fits a dog 16-32lbs. Because, just like humans, all dogs carry weight differently, inch measurements are also given,...
customer did not say if dog's measurements fit or not.
Our return policy is size exchange or store credit which is agreed to at checkout with a check box, so customer was aware of policy before checking out.
To be fair to those customer who are able to follow our policy, we will stick with what was agreed to at checkout.
I'm not sure why a Revdex.com complaint was warranted, but I'm assuming it it related to this email that we received from customer after telling our return policy.

I placed an order 3 months ago and have not received the item. I have made over a dozen attempts to contact this company by phone and via email and have received no response. This has been a very terrible experience and I would like everyone to know that this company is probably a fraud!.

The company offered to ship the items back to me or donate them. This does not resolve the issue as I am still out $70 for items that do not look like what I ordered online. I'm unable to see the photos the business sent to you, so I'm not sure what they look like. All I know is what was supposed to be $70 in quality tutus looked like more like headbands. I did try fluffing them up and when I told the company it was still an issue, they stopped responding to all my messages and did not return any voicemails ever. That is terrible customer service in my opinion. Poor customer service and poor product quality and completely unsatisfied customer. I am demanding my money back and even shipped the items back to them.

They finally contacted me and informed me that they processed a refund Dec 15, 2015, which they did. It would have been nice of them to even inform me that they were unable to fulfill my order and to look out for the refund at that time, which...
