No visit to the Vet no checkups except from the Vet in [redacted] or wherever she gets them fromThe puppy had diarrhea and worms there was no way to know if she treated them prior to the adoptionShe only called to discuss the condition with the Vet prior to the adoption to make sure it was alright to go through with the adoptionIf she cared about the puppies in her care she would have waited to have them adopted and get the puppy checked out at the VetYes I took the puppy to the Vet only after constantly reaching out to the ownerWe are animal lovers and this was just cruel treatment by the rescue ownerI think a full refund is warranted as to the owner being dishonest and not doing her due diligence to get the puppy examined by a Vet before the adoption went through and making me aware of the situation and if I would still be interested in going through with the adoption. Please find attached letters from individuals that know how well my family takes care of puppies as well as an individual that I adopted a puppy from in December Also, medical records given to me from the rescue owner for the puppy from [redacted] Nothing was done once the puppy arrived to the [redacted] Regards, [redacted] ***

I am rejecting this response because:
I do not feel that this owner was honest as to the condition of the puppy. I believe that she was aware that the puppy had scabies and did not disclose the information. I think that if you are running a business such as this, you would know the condition of the puppy. I believe that she was just in it for a profit and not a forever home for the puppy. The puppy had scabs and hair lose. This animal was not given the proper treatment while in her care and it was difficult to get the puppy to respond to our home from the care it received at the rescue. As soon as the puppies come in from the airport they are adopted! No visit to the Vet no checkups except from the Vet in [redacted] or wherever she gets them from. The puppy had diarrhea and worms there was no way to know if she treated them prior to the adoption. She only called to discuss the condition with the Vet prior to the adoption to make sure it was alright to go through with the adoption. If she cared about the puppies in her care she would have waited to have them adopted and get the puppy checked out at the Vet. Yes I took the puppy to the Vet only after constantly reaching out to the owner. We are animal lovers and this was just cruel treatment by the rescue owner. I think a full refund is warranted as to the owner being dishonest and not doing her due diligence to get the puppy examined by a Vet before the adoption went through and making me aware of the situation and if I would still be interested in going through with the adoption. Please find attached letters from individuals that know how well my family takes care of puppies as well as an individual that I adopted a puppy from in December 2016. Also, medical records given to me from the rescue owner for the puppy from [redacted] Nothing was done once the puppy arrived to the [redacted]
