him on the way to the barn area with the piglets He fell in love with the mini and wanted to purchase it for his wife also I explained it was newly born and needed to stay nursing from its mom “mare,” until it gets the Colostrums(Colostrums is rich in antibodies that are critically important for immune protection of the newborn foal) I did promise I would not sell the foal and contact him when I felt it was all right to pull from its mother He purchased a pig from me and paid in cash $100.00, then left Approxa week later *** *** came with his wife.His Wife *** *** aka *** * ***, fell in love with the mini and decided to purchase another baby pig for $100.00. *** *** was starting a new job and didn’t have payment but was eager for “***” the mini to be delivered I had my staff deliver *** on 6/after several requests from *** *** At this time we chatted often on ** on friendly terms.Between June 29th and July 15th I stayed in touch with *** *** on when payment would be made On very good terms, I did explain I would like to make payment arrangements or paid in full as soon as possible.By this point I had received one payment of $on the cost of $400. Days later I was sent very emotional emails from *** claiming her dad was in ICU and *** *** was in and out of the hospital with a heart attack It continued to be a bit irrational Attached the messages back and forth between us At NO TIME was I threatening if anything, supportive and understanding.When I received your letter with the complaint from *** *** (***) I became confused and very upset with the report to you, on top of non-payment Please read the attached conversations between the family and myself. I am not sure what the next step is to take I am not sure the mental condition of *** *** and do not want to create any more attacks on my business or me.On a final note, sexual harassment toward her husband, I only spoke to the man three times Two of which he never got out of his car I hope to settle this and I would like to be paid or the horse returned.Thank you for helping me resolve this, I greatly appreciate any advice you can give me.Jennifer C***

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed as Answered]one my disability has nothing to do with this and all we want is r repicet from her and for her to stop treating to take the horse and now that my disability was brought up I very uncomfortable and need to talk to someone about it because she has no reason to bring that up and it's not right for her to do so all we asked is for proof of the money we gave her because she kept trying to resale the horse my next step is to contact someone for bring my disability up which she doesn't know me are anthing about my disability
