I am not sure how to respond to this complaintThe reason we have not gotten back in touch with these people is because we do not have or had any business dealings with themHer father purchased the mobile home from usHe obtained financing through a local bank to purchase the mobile homeIf the mobile home was not worth what we were asking the bank would not have done the financingThey are saying the niece took pictures to show him what the home looked likeThis is false!! Mr [redacted] had a gentleman with him the day they looked at the home and this person helped him and his wheel chair into the homeMr [redacted] looked at all of the home where his wheel chair would allow him to goI do not feel that I should have to but I am attaching a copy of the NADA value of this homeWe agreed on a price with Mr [redacted] and he went to the bank and borrowed the money and paid us for the mobile homeThis was a simple process and there was in no way any unethical practices usedI am very sorry to hear of Mr [redacted] passing and hate that Mrs [redacted] is having to deal with this, but that does not mean Pontotoc Home Center has done or did do anything wrong, misleading, or unethicalI do not feel any other action by Pontotoc Home Center is necessary in this situation
