I have heard from the company, but not satisfied with their effort to resolve matterThey said item was on back order, and would send product when they receive it Would have liked it better if my money was refunded because it may take quite a while, if ever, that they receive the product[redacted] ***
Hello- I finally received the refund on my credit card this morning after a full two weeks of waitingSince I only had days to respond to the Revdex.com before they closed my case, I had to continue the complaint a week agoI cannot go back and cancel the Revdex.com complaint at this point, but wanted to let you know that I have indeed finally received my refund and the case can be closed

This was delivered on Jan 29th. It was left at door the Tracking Number is: [redacted] so I believe this is Resolved.
Business states they sent certified check today (#[redacted]) for the refund.
Hello-
I finally received the refund on my credit card this morning after a full two weeks of waiting. Since I only had 10 days to respond to the Revdex.com before they closed my case, I had to continue the complaint a week ago. I cannot go back and cancel the Revdex.com complaint at this point, but wanted to let you know that I have indeed finally received my refund and the case can be closed.
I got the item but it was smashed up into pieces.
