I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
I will attach my supporting paperwork (signed lease agreement with ponderosa) it clearly states under section G titled prorated vacancy that ponderosa will give you the remainder of the month's rent by converting your total monthly rent to a daily rate and give you the remaining days rent if you do choose to leave prior to your vacate notice Also there is nothing that states in our MONTHLY rental agreement that states you are liable to pay for days going into the next month if you leave early prior to the end of your day notice And my argument with ponderosa was because in the rental agreement it does not make mention that you must forfeit your security deposit, however on ponderosa's day notice that you must sign it states you must forfeit the depositI felt like the tenants including myself are being baited into this and it's not a good business practiceSo ponderosa did return my security deposit after all but not the remainder of the month's rent, like their lease agreement states they wouldSo I do not owe the park any more money and the manager at ponderosa became very nasty and was very threatening when I came to the office once they told me I would not be getting any of my money backI will send in the Copy of the lease at the end of the dayThank you

I am responding to your March 30, 2016 correspondence, regarding the above referenced matter.
I have attached a copy of Mr. [redacted] Recreational Vehicle Rental Agreement, his Vacate Notice and supporting paperwork.
Pursuant to the Recreational Vehicle Rental Agreement and Vacate Notice signed by Mr. [redacted], he actually owes us $263.07. Please read the March 16, 2016 letter | sent to Mr. [redacted], via USPS Certified Mail, return receipt requested. In addition, I would have been more than happy to explain everything to Mr. [redacted], however, upon vacating the park, he was extremely unreasonable, demanding and yelling “I have a really good lawyer”.
