The long and short of this complaint revolves around a purchase of a Polaris RZR XP My wife and I live in Nevada and I contacted the sales manager of Polaris World in which we agreed upon a price He required a $non-refundable down payment to hold the unit and afterwards he sent me a Bill of Sale Two days later (weekend) we made the trip to AZ and even rented a trailer to haul the RZR back While heading to the dealership that morning we received a call from the sales manger saying he needs to raise the agreed upon price another $as per the owners request Upon arrival we spoke to the owner and he said that sounds fishy and went to talk to the sales manager They both returned and then gave the typical "The cost of doing business etc.." spill and they were not going sell it to us at the agreed upon price After much negotiations we eventually just caved in because of the expense we had in gas, the drive, and the trailer rental The sales manger with the owner then started to push a non-Polaris warranty on us of which we did not want We just wanted to pay for the unit and leave The sales manager said even if we pay the additional $that unless we agree upon the warranty he would not sell us the RZR At that time they asked us to leave saying we were to combativeI want others to know this so they do not fall into the same situation as we did being out of state Fortunately I have the Bill of Sale for proof and when things started to sound not on the up and up I started to record the conversation with an app on my smartphone This was to protect us for any claims on their behalf

We apologize for any inconvenience that the customer has encountered. The company that did the powder coating has gone out of business and there is no recourse for us. The General Manager of Polaris World has decided to pay the customer the disputed amount out of good will toward the customer....
I sincerely hope this will make the customer happy and encourage him to do business with us in the future also. The customer was sent a check for $850.00 on Aug 3, 2016
The long and short of this complaint revolves around a purchase of a 2015 Polaris RZR XP4. My wife and I live in Nevada and I contacted the sales manager of Polaris World in which we agreed upon a price. He required a $250 non-refundable down payment to hold the unit and afterwards he sent me a Bill of Sale. Two days later (weekend) we made the trip to AZ and even rented a trailer to haul the RZR back. While heading to the dealership that morning we received a call from the sales manger saying he needs to raise the agreed upon price another $500 as per the owners request. Upon arrival we spoke to the owner and he said that sounds fishy and went to talk to the sales manager. They both returned and then gave the typical "The cost of doing business etc.." spill and they were not going sell it to us at the agreed upon price. After much negotiations we eventually just caved in because of the expense we had in gas, the drive, and the trailer rental. The sales manger with the owner then started to push a non-Polaris warranty on us of which we did not want. We just wanted to pay for the unit and leave. The sales manager said even if we pay the additional $500 that unless we agree upon the warranty he would not sell us the RZR. At that time they asked us to leave saying we were to combative.
I want others to know this so they do not fall into the same situation as we did being out of state. Fortunately I have the Bill of Sale for proof and when things started to sound not on the up and up I started to record the conversation with an app on my smartphone. This was to protect us for any false claims on their behalf.

Today was worst sales experience of my life. I'm from [redacted] and decided to make the trip to this hell hole to purchase the Polaris Slingshot. If you ever speak to [redacted] or his shady sidekick [redacted], run and don't look back. These are the two most shadiest sales guys this side of the Mississippi. I had two deals negotiated before I even thought of taking the trip. Needless to say whatever comes out of these ss mouths is completely a lie just to get you into their shop. I was so confidant that I had a deal before I got there that I had my buddy drop me and my helmet off at the dealership because I thought all I had to do was sign paperwork and leave with my new bike. Everything these two con men quoted me over the phone was a complete trick to make me drive the hour and a half so they can bend and twist everything they told me over the phone. The kicker... Once I told them how I was going to leave bad reviews all over the Internet for wasting my buddy's, my family's, and my time... [redacted] response was... "We will get over it". Polaris World Mesquite... You give Polaris a bad name and I hope karma pays your [redacted] back! Buyers... You have been warned!

Polaris World is responding to a letter we received from you concerning complaint ID #[redacted]. The day [redacted] purchased her machine she was very happy and pleased with her purchase with nothing negative to say. On the day of her purchase I,[redacted] went over all the paperwork and...
[redacted] agreed and signed. A couple of weeks later [redacted] calls me from her bank telling me that she can't refinance her machine. I asked why and she said because the loan officer stated that she has negative equity and would have to put some money down. [redacted] begins to get upset and I talked with her and she seemed to be okay. A couple days went by and she came into Polaris World with a friend and she began to raise her voice and wanted to either return her new ATV and take her old one she traded in or she wanted us to give her back the money that she had to put down in order to get the loan for her new ATV. I explained to her that she has negative equity and so that's the reason for a down payment. If there any additional questions you can call me@ ###-###-####.
