Polaris Roofing Systems

We had a clogged drain from our Air conditioner condensation pan, which had overflowed all over our bathroom. We came home from a weekend away, to a caved in ceiling,and wall, with drywall and insulation all over the place. We called Polaris Restoration (because they offered $500 off of our deductible). Never hearing of this company before was a risky step, but the best choice we ever made. They immediately sent a crew out, to assess the damage. They came equipped with the huge fans and went to work hooking them up. As soon as it was dry, the next team came in and restored the bathroom, then the painters came in, painted and hung all the fixtures. Polaris was very prompt, exceptionally efficient, and the re-construction was awesome. In our opinion they went above and beyond what we had expected. We were impressed, as well, that their priority was to solve our problem, get the work done with no inconvenience to us, and were not at our doorstep the minute we received the check from the insurance company. That certainly showed us that their first priority was getting the job done, and done right. I would, (and already have), recommend them to anyone in need with restoration issues.
