I spoke with Ms[redacted] in person today in my office I am a new manager here at Polaris Pointe and explained that to her and apologized to her for the inconveniences she may have had with any maintenance issues in the past Ms [redacted] gave her day notice to vacate in writing today due to relocating I asked her if there was anything I could do to make her stay with us more comfortable for her remaining days and she said everything in her letter had been taken care of She said the bugs she had referred to were ants that were coming in a while back but are no longer a problem I offered to send exterminators but she said she does not need them I also offered to send a maintenance crew over as early as today to take care of anything that she needs but she said she does not have any pending maintenance issues at this timeShe talked to me about her boyfriend ( who is not on the lease) has stayed with her and has brought his dog and has not picked up his waste before and this must be why we have received letters regarding complaints with witnesses about someone going in and out of her apartment with a pet and not picking up its pet waste as stated in the attached letter.As of today, Ms [redacted] does not have any maintenance issues and is giving her day notice for reason of relocation.Thank you
Our office was contacted by [redacted] on the morning of Tuesday September 29, Our leasing agent, Lilly, quickly responded via email and attached the requested list of damagesThe email was never returned as undeliverable, no further contact had been made nor requestedI also have the email showing the date etc
This issue did indeed take some timeWe replaced this a/c unit and then realized yet another part needed to be orderedWe had a difficult time locating the replacement part and communicated with the residents [redacted] and ***Due to her medical condition, we gave them a window unit to use while we were awaiting a delivery confirmationOnce the part arrived we promptly installed and resolved this issueOur corporate office has denied any such requested concession as we acted in a prompt manner given the circumstances with the part
Hello , I would like to inform you that Polaris Pointe Townhome manager , *** contacted me this morning 06/15/and we were able to reach an amicable resolution They will keep the security deposit but no further charges will be assessed and I have a zero balance with Polaris Pointe

I did not receive any emailI waited that whole day to receive anything, nothing cameI called back later in the day to find out that no one was in the office I shouldn't have had to call in order to get a responseIt's their responsibility to mail the letter to the forwarding address given
You emailed our office again this afternoon with the exact same email address of which we replied to. There were 3 leaseholders on your account, and the notice to vacate you gave has NO forwarding address. Which is why we mailed your statement of security deposit to your address at [redacted] Blvd. Once we attached the statement in an email and sent it to you, we heard nothing back. We have done everything possible on our end.
