To Whom It May Concern:
In answer to the two follquestions:
1) The materials in question are the *** top-most layer of material that covers the deck, and the underlying plywood that could potentially have encountered degradation due to incorrect/faulty installation of the ***
material in the first place or incorrect maintenance by Comstock prior to the Winter season
2) Coincidentally, Comstock did NOT provide or failed to provide the applicable *** Warranty that typically comes with the purchase of any *** product
In addition to the attachment, an example *** warranty, if the Revdex.com would like to visit the actual *** website where the warranty information resides you may visit it at: https://www.***.com/***-warranty/
I will be standing by if you have any additional questionsThank you
Very Respectfully,

July 24, 2015Dear [redacted],Please accept this letter as Comstock Homes response to the above referenced matter. The two issues raised by [redacted] were a parking spot and hardwood flooring noise. I will address them separately,Parking Spot: The complainant signed an agreement to purchase the home which included a site plan addendum which had a picture of the lot and house siting as well as specific language that “Driveways may limit the size of the car, if any, that can be parked on the driveway”. The agreement also states that there are not oral agreements, only written agreements. The Complainant also inspected the property 3 days prior to the closing of the property and deemed the grading and drive to be satisfactory. Therefore this complaint is without merit.Wood Flooring. The Complainant made Comstock Homes aware of the hardwood flooring concern. Comstock Homes has inspected the concern and reported it to the flooring company that installed the flooring product. The flooring company had an independent inspector review the concern as well as a representative of [redacted] Industries, the flooring manufacturer. We do acknowledge that the past remedies such as adding a humidifier helped, however did not fix the problem. We apologize for the length of time it has taken thus far to resolve the issue and will work diligently to complete a resolution. Please feel free to contact me if you would like to discuss further.Sincerely,Dennis K

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: None of the issues have been...
remedied. I inspected the unit prior to purchasing it and was told by the Comstock agent Debbi W[redacted] that it would be sufficient and Comstock will make good on fixing the issue. In good faith I signed my agreement hoping that Comstock would be equitable to provide a parking spot and fix the issues. This is yet to be resolved. I since the day I moved in here I have made my complaint known. To other agents Shannon M[redacted] and Teresa R[redacted]. Teresa Comstocks vp wasn't even courteous enough to give me a call back.A promise made by a company verbally or in writing my Comstock agents should be honored. This is not the way to do business. I need these issues remedied. If you make a promise, honor it. It is only right
Regards,
