Polar Bear Heating and Air

I received an email from customer on 2/9/2016Regarding the complaint listed.I emailed the customer back on 2/9/2016 asking customer if we could come out the following day 2/10/016so that we could take a look at the issues in complaint.Did not hear back and so I emailed her more times
that evening. The last email asked customer to please let me know what day and time would work for her.Still have not received a response.The Abatement company will also need to be there so that they can address any issues they may have

The emailed request for response was replied to this morning and an appointment was set for 02/11/16 tomorrow morning 10am. We have not met or resolved this matter.
