Unfortunately our association did not read all the prior reviews for Pointe Management before selecting them as our management companySince day one I have been nothing but disappointed with their lack of professionalism and care for our communityPointe claims that the issues homeowners are having are from the boardSeveral attorneys disagree and now legal action has to take placeThis company definitely has some shady business going on with vendorsLaws in the community are being passed, rules are not being followed and Pointe management refuses to respond to residentsI have personally reached out to the company times to request information regarding a upcoming board meeting date and it has been weeks with no responseThe office staff is rude and [redacted] the property manager is about as unprofessional as they comeThe only response you will receive is a comment from a negative review placed onlineOur community has been cited from the city for an unsanitary pool, the pool company clearly isn't there times a week to maintain it like our contract states [redacted] also must have a contact with Sal's towingThe company comes late in the evening and targets homeowners especially those with unlocked vehiclesI wonder if someone is receiving a kickback? I have been a homeowner in this community since and we have NEVER experienced a management company as poor as this onePlease please please if you are looking for a company to protect your home DO NOT chose Pointe ManagementIt's heartbreaking to see the damage that they are causing in our community, our homes
