This location does not appear very secure. It was worrisome when I saw it. Too many storage units seemed to be stacked haphazardly outside the building -- that could be customers' storage units. PODS claims it is a AC controlled storage building -- not so sure. Did not appear to be. Employee I spoke with was very rude and condescending. They are gone a lot, frequently don't answer the phone, and they don't even have an office on-site. Will leave your storage unit out over night. Oh, and even if you move within the state only a couple hours away, they may not transport your POD. Did you know that was possible? That a company that advertises long-distance, cross-country transport on commercials and advertising...won't even transport your POD a couple hours in the same state? ME EITHER. I would steer clear of this, and just get a U-Haul. I ended up having to anyways. Plans change, and where you plan to move changes...better safe than sorry. Choose the traditional route.
