I received a letter from you today regarding Quality Heating in Minocqua, WI I have not heard anything from this company pertaining to my complaint No, I am not satisfied with the results as [redacted] has not even tried to contact me regarding this.I have three people besides myself willing to sign a notarized document if needed to state that the tech that came out to our cabin on December 28, stated we needed a new furnace [redacted] the Service Manager was called several times since June to send someone out to fix our furnace and one of the complaints was the soot on the outside of our cabin besides the thumping in the furnace itself I was told in June that they did not know why the soot was there and again I will say it again I asked them if our heat ex changers were crackedIt cost me $to call in another company on December 28,to fix our furnace as they would not send out a tech that day when we called them several times that our pilot continued to go out Not until that evening did they send someone out when we had problems getting the pilot litThen they send out a tech who states we needed a new furnace gave us these tiny ceramic heaters and walked out at -below I can also have a notarized letter stating how many times I have called this company regarding the problems we had with our furnace during the day on December 28.I am not exactly happy or pleased with the service we received from Quality Heating and I would like an explanation as to why they could not fix our furnace the first time they were out Why I had to deal with this since June and why I had to continue to pay out all this money on something that should have been fixed correctly the first timeThis was the property at East Squaw Lake Road, Minocqua, WI.Thank you, [redacted] North 98th StreetMilwaukee, WI 53222414/315-

We were called out to Sharon's house on June because she saw black soot coming out of her chimney on an Empire space heater. We performed a clean and tune on the wall furnace and billed the customer $we went back out there that afternoon to re-light her pilot light because she turned the valve off and then couldn't get it re-lit(we did not charge her for the return trip). She called again in November because the fan would turn off while the unit was running, we ordered a fan switch which took awhile to receiveWe did leave her with some electric space heaters until we could get the switch. We went back out there in December because the unit had stopped working altogether and we found the unit sooted again and we recommended that she replace the wall furnace. She had another company come out to fix the unit and spent $to fix a unit that would have cost a little more then that to replace the entire unit and have a new warranty. We did not bill her for any of the service calls and the service tech from the other company is a tech that we trained and ended up terminating his position with our company so maybe there is some sour grapes with that termination and as far as licensing: the state of wisconsin does not require any type of licensing other then regirgeration so there wouldn't have been anything that this other tech could have given her as far as a license(maybe it was just a business card).I apologize if she feels that she received poor service, I do have full time service techs and a service manager and I would like to think that customer service is our number priority but sometimes a bad day can happen and for that I'm sorry Thanks againJeff ***

So there is no more questions why I did not call back the person I called in October to fix our furnace in December isbecause no one answered or called back the night of December 27th I wanted someone else besides Quality in to look at my furnace as my family was irritated at the fact that Jim did not send anyone out and the pilot was going out more frequent As Jim said they were suppose to come out Thursday, December 28th, but with no heat what were we suppose to doI gave them more than enough time to send someone outI was still a customer and after hours had no heat ourselvesSo I called the company I had out in October first, no answer so I called Quality Heating after hoursI was told by a friend to call Danco which I did The other company called me back the next morning and told me they would come out, but I told them it was fixed already By the way that would make five people willing to notarize a letter stating what was going on The only thing I asked the other company to do is tell me if my heat exchangers were cracked in October I was told NO The fact of the matter is, they lied about a new furnace and they cannot get their story or info straightPlease MrWood call me on a Friday after 3:00 and I will put you on speaker and have all five people here telling you what happenedThen you can hear it for yourselfSo you yourself can hear the facts, but I am sure you don’t want to hear the truth do you?

to sign a notarized document if needed to state that the tech that came out to our cabin on December 28, 2017 stated we needed a new furnace.  [redacted] the Service Manager was called several times since June to send someone out to fix our furnace and one of the complaints was the soot on the outside of our cabin besides the thumping in the furnace itself.  I was told in June that they did not know why the soot was there and again I will say it again I asked them if our heat ex changers were cracked. It cost me $800.00 to call in another company on December 28,2017 to fix our furnace as they would not send out a tech that day when we called them several times that our pilot continued to go out.  Not until that evening did they send someone out when we had problems getting the pilot lit. Then they send out a tech who states we needed a new furnace  gave us these tiny ceramic heaters and walked out at -26 below.  I can also have a notarized letter stating how many times I have called this company regarding the problems we had with our furnace during the day on December 28.I am not exactly happy or pleased with the service we received from Quality Heating and I would like an explanation as to why they could not fix our furnace the first time they were out.  Why I had to deal with this since June and why I had to continue to pay out all this money on something that should have been fixed correctly the first time. I called her when I got the part in andshe would not be back up until the end of December. We then had it scheduledfor the 28th.She called multiple times when she got up her. The house was warm but thepilot kept going out. This was during the extreme cold temps and I told herto just keep lighting the pilot until we can get there on the 28Th. We wereso busy I had to prioritize homes that had no heat. We could of went soonerif I had the man power. All my techs were out till 10PM every night and thetech on call was out all night. She called again on 12/27/17 after hours for a no heat. She could not getthe pilot to light anymore. Our tech went there and the furnace was left offdue to soot falling down on the burners and deemed unsafe to operate. We donot have any parts for this furnace that we did not install. Any parts onthis furnace we would have to order. We did leave her temp heaters to getby. She did come in the next week and dropped off our temp heaters. She did showme the burners. They were in good shape. They did have a rust color to themand in no way were they bad enough to create a no heat.We then closed out the service call we had going for her and no charged it.The only time she was billed her was on the 06/27/17 service call.
