I am rejecting this response because it is unacceptable that a company would charge the customer to ship the product to therm, even though it is PNY's fault for the faulty productI'm expecting you to cover the shipping both ways.

The GeForce GTX in question was returned to *** *** because there was evidence of "tamper" which voids the warrantyAs stated the screws holding the fan heatsink and casing were missing when the card arrived at PNYThis is not the condition it left the factory as this would have been found

Dear [redacted]Mr Economos has a video card that has a 1 year out of the box warranty with an addition 2 years if registered. PNY Graphic Card Warranty *One year (plus an additional 2 years upon completion of a registration form on PNY's website) LIMITED 1 YEAR WARRANTY* PNY Technologies, Inc....
("PNY") expressly warrants this Graphics Card (product) to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year (*plus an additional 2 years upon completion of a registration form on PNY's website ) from the date of sales receipt as sold to the original purchaser ("purchaser"), subject to all the terms and conditions hereunder. Product must be registered within 90 days of purchase date. This warranty is not assignable; products purchased second-hand sources are not warrantied by PNY. We can find no record of the registration based on name, address, e mail, phone number so the claim for RMA replacement was denied. When registering the customer is sent a conformation e mail with a confirmation number. If [redacted] has this e mail and can provide the confirmation number we will be very happy to assist in the replacement of the video card. Based on the information PNY has at this time, we cannot issue an RMA because the product is out of warranty.[redacted]

This is lousy business I see the customer is last on there list it's about profit. I paid over hundred dollars for there
product. I don't have a receipt because I accidentally shred it but I do have receipt from my [redacted] card but that only shows the full price of the products i bought. THIS is a night mare I never had so much trouble with a company. Like I said it's about PROFIT with PNY!!!!!!! I will never buy anything with them again....

I'm not sure if Mr. [redacted] is unable to read my complaint and responses thereafter...clearly, the issue is with what PNY is calling an "authorized reseller". Again, this response by PNY (Mr. [redacted]) is a poor excuse for one.
Tell us [redacted], PNY does state in its warranty policy that receipt is required. “Warranty coverage requires proof of purchase documentation evidencing the date of purchase (sales receipt or invoice) and original packaging.” I can waive the original packaging requirement but need the...

I am rejecting this response because:
The card was falsely advertised. Even if was by design, what was given to be was not what was promised. I expected a card with 4 GB of VRAM, and I received 3.5. This is unacceptable, and would like a card that offers what I was told I would receive.
