I specifically adjusted my schedule to be home for this appointment and requested that someone else be sent to my home or have an appointment scheduled the following week in the evening I was denied this request I was told by this gentleman that I would work around his schedule He then proceeded to tell me again find another provider and his exact words were, "I'm not dealing with you lady." There were no curse words used on my end I ended the phone call at this time due to his inappropriate, abrasive and offensive language and tone on the telephone I'm appalled that this company is permitted to operate Regards, [redacted] ***

My reason for reporting this company is their unprofessionalism on the phone and they misdialed my phone number which made me have to wait for them to be able to come to my area again for an extra daysWhen they did come and fix my appliance it still was not working and they had to send another technician to fix my appliance a week later and he had to call the Fridgidaire tech to get feed back on my applianceThey did the work but were unable to fix my appliance due to fault of FridgidaireI was not refunded any money and really did not expect it since they did come and finally attempt to fix said applianceThe repairmen that came to my home were courteous but my refrigerator is not working

She received the correct parts this is getting out of control with this customer over a plug , She just wont stop .All she had to do was use a hose intil we delivered the plug days later.This is unreal.THE A.Ccame in for not cooling IT COOLS
Our Tech Forgot to bring back her plug in the back of the A.CShe called Tell us times each time we said we would drop it of when we were in the area We are in Dravosburg she is in *** *** we dropped off the plug on here porch days after she called the plug was where the hose goes to
run the water outside with the plug you dont need the hose.We forgot the plug a simple human error until we returned with the plug she could of used a hose and either way The A.CWORKEDThis A.C WORKS she could of use a hose for a few days until we delv.the plugThis customer is very unreasonable any norman person could of use a hose for a couple days

We have already had this customers warranty canceled she emtionally terriorized the techs and the office she has untreated mental health issues.her diswaher is fixed
all techs calls logs are checked and they call all of there customers all tech return phone calls the same day or the next morning .All customers are called between 8-10am the day of the call they are told if they dont answer we cant come if they call back hours later the tech maybe in a different
area and he cant make it back to that area.I didnt see the name and phone number of this customer if you e,mail that to me I can paste the techs call log to this web-site
The Tech Jay that was schduled to go to this customr was in a car accident and we had to reschdule the call the customer Refused to accept that and started cusring and screaming at us she Demanded someone come that day was was impossible she told us to go *** OR SELFS We dont do work for

The piece was never returned. He is speaking about thedehumidifying drain outlet (which had a plug when it was returned, though they did leave off the screw base for the hose - but not a big deal - I never use dehumidify mode and duct tape would seal a hose to it enough to get it to work). However, the part(s) I am talking about are are part of the Bottom Tray Drain Outlet, as I've explained, I don't even know how many times, anymore. It is the tray that collects the water pulled from the air. If there is no plug, the water just falls out of the back. I tried explaining this to him, and to his tech, I can't even remember how many times, and here, yet again, I am explaining this. I understand human error. Which is why I literally gave them 2+ weeks to rectify. However, the tech never answered when I called/left him voice mails (I did so every other day). And when he wouldn't return the call, I would call the office, of which this guy would tell me to call the tech! When the tech did finally bring the pieces, he dropped them on the porch and didn't even check to make sure they were the right ones. If he had called while on his way, I could have been there to get the parts and have him make sure he got the RIGHT parts instead of dropping off a handful or random plugs that probably belong to someone else's A/C unit. The biggest issues I have are the fact that they didn't even FIX the unit they were supposed to have fixed, it still leaks, even after I got a plug sent directly from the manufacturer (and it still took less time and they knew right away what part I needed) and the general business practices of this company.
We repair this customers dishwasher and it broke again the warranty company sent a different company out to repair it and they damaged the counter top not us this is a lie.On 7/24/17 the customers girlfriend called us 5 times calling us a [redacted] for something we didnt do then the boyfriend...
called and threaten are lifes asking for our address the terrorized the whole office . these people are very mentally unstable and dangerous we called the mckessport police and filed a report.The bottom line is another company went out not us and they called us to attck us for something we didnt do. the crm # that was canceled with our company is [redacted] and and can call the warranty department and give them the number provided to find out it was NOT our company...dangerous and mentally unstable people Stay away from them

First off the customer has a plug because we delivered it back to her and the plug was just forgotten it was a human mistake that this customer wants to crucify us for .ALL she had to do was to hook a hose up the unit cools perfectly thats what we fixed it for.The plug was delvered to her when we were in the area 4 days later.If it was that important to her she could of drove her to our shop and picked it up. She was emotionally abusive to my whole staff OVER A PLUG that has nothing to do with the unit cooling it only has to do with water drainage.This is really unbelievable over a simple pulg.I sure hope no one in her life or family forgets something or makes a human error because she will torture them
