RevDex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: [Your Answer Here] The technician, "Nick," did not recommend that the carpets be cleaned in your "factory." Rather, Nick told my landlord that it HAD to be done that way. There is a significant difference between the two. There was no option of cleaning the rugs in my apartment given. On top of that, if your company uses such "special" cleaning methods that cost 3x the price of other carpet cleaning companies in the area, please explain what methods these are to validate charging an outrageous and overpriced amount such as $1,325.00. What was done to clean the wool rug that costed so much? What was done to clean the bedroom (grey) rug that costed so much? Additionally and for the record, I did not state that the company represented themselves as ABC Carpet and Home. I stated that my landlord confused the two and thought they were affiliated with one another, which is the only reason for her hiring this company to begin with. Surely if the reviews were read ahead of time, your services would not have been booked. On top of that, you gave us NO choice but to accept the discounted offer of $250 IN EXCHANGE for dropping the credit card dispute because you had my rugs in your possession and were not going to give them back! The offer you gave us worked tremendously in your favor and in my opinion should be deemed as blackmail. That is not how a professional company does business. You lied to the customer and now are misrepresenting yourself once more in how this business transaction was handled. We are still seeking retribution. the matter further.The company that delivered the carpet was a different company I suspect that ABC carpet cleaning contracts their work out.From investigating other prizes, we were charged about times what it should have cost.Sincerely,*** ***

Although this resolution is not what we wanted, it appears that this business will not honor our request.  They will not comment on how other businesses that we have called said, without question, that the services we were given were optional and not necessary other than to charge the customer more money.  That is why they bring items to their warehouse so that we cannot see what it is they are doing.  At this time, since it is our only option unless the Revdex.com would like to get further involved, to accept the offer of an addition $150 refund to the original form of payment.

clean the rug on the spot.3.Every company have different prices and different method of cleaning, most company will give you only starting prices over the phone therefore we cannot go by others Co phones estimate.4.Customer agree on the price before we pickup the rugs.5.Customer receive and agree for the discount in the amount of $250 and sign for full satisfaction. 6.The rug's been clean thoroughly.   Regards,Abc Carpet CleaningCustomer Service
