As you can see, [redacted] did not address the fact that the dates of the sale being over March 22ndThe bottom line is that he visited our store on April 3rd and did not buy the item [redacted] only wants to remember the prices and events as he choses and say I am lyingSo I think it is best to ask [redacted] to shop wherever he chooses and hope he is happy

Our sale was advertised to start March 5th and to be over on March 22ndThis was done so in the Philadelphia Inquirer, Courier Post and in our mailers and emailsThis sale price did not include the delivery charge As you may imagine it is a huge task to remove these sale tags and re-price every item in this storeI instructed our sales people to continue to quote the sale prices until I removed and re-priced itemsWhen the sale tag was removed the sale is over on that item This gentleman was in and indeed was quoted the sale price but was concerned that it would not fit up a staircase which I assured him based on the measurements that it would indeed fitHe could have bought it right then but chose not toPerhaps to try to find it for less on line or in another store??? When he returned the sale tags were removed from this itemThe sale was over!!! However I gave him the sale price but included the delivery charge of $in the priceHe told our sales person he had to think about itHe then walked out but shouted some thing at me from the front door which I couldn't understandI went to the front door to see if I could talk to him but he was in the car and continued to rant as he pulled away Sorry we did not make him happy but we tried[redacted] Unique Interiors

I am rejecting this response because: He misses the pointI asked that specific question of the salesperson *** about the duration of the sale on Good Friday and was told it would be on until early the next week and came back the next dayHe also needs as a businessman to understand that when an employee provides information to a customer that he needs to live up to their word He also doesn't seem to understand the absurdity of his positionWhy wouldn't I have made the purchase if all he was asking was for the delivery charge. It is a reasonable and customary charge It further provides evidence of his not being truthfulIf he didn't reprice the furniture then he could/should have told me that and I would have made the purchaseHis sale signs were also clearly on display on Good FridayLastlyhe is rude as my name is clearly spelled at the bottom of each response and he appears unable to even get that right
