I am rejecting this response because: I was only ever told replacement bulbs were on back orderBut I believe there should not be just an "attempt' to find fundsPolaroid needs to stand behind the product and either do the refund or supply equivalent replacement bulbs
Thank you for sending us the inquiry submitted by [redacted] regarding the issues he was encountering with his Polaroid Socialmatic cameras The original Socialmatic cameras were purchased in January and Mr [redacted] presented a warranty claim in May 2016, which was past the one year warranty period After receiving this inquiry, the service center supporting the Socialmatic camera contacted Mr [redacted] on 5/6/to discuss his circumstances The service center agreed to send Mr [redacted] two Polaroid Zcameras free of charge as an accommodation Mr [redacted] indicated he was agreeable to this position
