I, [redacted] d.b.a pleasure styles mattress sold [redacted] a package deal that included a sleigh bed dresser and mirror and chest queen size and a queen mattress set called the flora....about weeks later I get a call from the ***s that the mattress set is broke down so I told them that if indeed the mattress set was a problem I would order them a new flora and thats what I did when we got the new flora inI, ***is sent [redacted] our delivery driver over to [redacted] place to replace the flora [redacted] returned to the store and said the [redacted] refused to let him in that they wanted a different mattress so I invited them in cordially to come in and reselect at equal or greater value ,,so they came in and picked out another mattress called the caption ept so the difference was the flora was $and the caption was $there was a $difference in price and I told the ***s that it would be no problem to exchange the product but I would need them to pay the difference of $then they also wanted a night stand that they paid $for but mr [redacted] and I talked on the phone and said he new lots of people in the area that if I were to take care of him he would refer us so he politely asked me to do the caption ept queen mattress and the night stand for the $so I considered the situation and told mr [redacted] that I would oblige him so being that the ***s already paid the $for the night stand I subtracted the $(already paid for the night stand) from the $which with tax included like $is all they paid In the mean time I am waiting for the sealy order to come in and I got misses [redacted] calling me putting pressure on me about the mattress and where its at and that mr *** isn't going to be happy and I told her that we can not answer for when sealy is going to ship that its entirely up to sealy so she continued to call me questioning me over and over and again I answered her the same,,well finally the order came but the caption was not on the order so I called the rep and she told me that the sealy brand collection had been replaced with new names but the sealy posturepedic collection stayed the same with no changes,,,she advised me that the abbywood ept was the new caption ept so I ordered it and it came in so we called the ***s and told them it had come that was on the 26th of june so mr [redacted] came in my associate [redacted] was there with me so when mr [redacted] was there he said misses [redacted] was in the car outside and I offered for her to come in and try it as well as myself and [redacted] laid the abbywood next to the caption that was on the floor ,,,now there is no such thing as a bait and switch as they are claiming ,,,they refused to allow [redacted] in in the first place to exchange the flora out with the flora ,,,,mr [redacted] laid on the abbywood and his words were that it was great he would take it and be done with it but also I had to hear what a horrible shopping experience this was well we delivered the new abbywood yesterday evening around 6:pm June 29th 2015,,,there is no refund all that actually should have happened was to exchange the flora which was to weeks old when they started complaining,,,,,and if they don't want the abbywood then we will replace it with the original plan the flora,ty,,,As for a letter of apology to ms [redacted] not sure why I would do so since her and I did not have words Anyone who needs an apology is one which should come from the ***'s to us

I have attached photos of the bill and pictures of the night stand that does not match I have made several attempts at getting prompt deliveryThere has been no professional resolution to this matter from *** in regards to the defective mattress except him creating bigger issuesI do have additional information which I will only share with the Revdex.com or an attorney for fear of retaliation from ***Below is a response from *** who was also involved and why we reject *** and his response

after taking arbitration in to consideration and discussing potential outcomes with my legal advisor I have decided to not go through with arbitration, but instead continue with a claim in small claims court. We feel that we have sufficient evidence to win the case and also go after damages.Thank you for your assistance, this matter is now being turned over to the [redacted] County Magistrates office.
