Pleasant Bar Inc

I walked into the "P-Bar" (Pleasant Hills Bar) [redacted]. and sat at a stool at the only unoccupied table. I sat there for about 5 minutes, near the bar. I stood up in place to ask for a beer. The bartender brought it and I turned and placed it on the table (where I was already sitting) to pay for it. When I turned to the table someone else had sat down at a different stool but the same table. I politely said, 'I'm sitting on this side of the table, but that's OK with me...'. When I turned again after paying for my beer and tipping the bartender, a person (I had been told on another visit was the manager and her name was [redacted]), had her arm over the back of my stool. I said "excuse me I'm sitting there". She said "NO YOUR NOT", (loud enough to try to show authority and impress her friend, who was the one who sat down. I replied 'that's my beer and I've been sitting there", the table was unoccupied when I sat down awhile ago. She told ne to leave, (louder and trying to show more authority). I took a drink standing there (the only one I had there or anywhere else, I wasn't drunk) and carefully put my mostly full beer on the table (neck down, only drbbling out a small amount) on the table and I walked out. Behind me I heard [redacted] exclaim again (so full of herself) LEAVE NOW. I said I am. Apparently [redacted] then picked up my beer, spilling the contents on her friend. She came toward me, (I could hear her voice getting louder and more angry, I was walking out. As I neared the door I felt beer running down the back of my head, neck and back (apparently she hadn't spilled it all). [redacted] came at me ANGRY with INTENT to ASSULT me, holding a beer bottle above my head. I am a Combat Marine Veteran, I did the right thing and I left.
In the military and afterwards my job was to defuse and place booby traps. I can overturn a beer without spilling hardly any at all and the are numerous ways to return it upright without spilling any.
As the manager of that alcohol sales business, [redacted]'s conduct and liability extends to the business and its owners.
As I said there was ANGER, INTENT and (self admitted) ACTION to ASSULT me.
