Again, I asked to be taken off the call list numerous times before filing my complaint, and was ignored, and hung up on. Additionally, our numbers are registered on the national do not call registry. Telling me, after I have filed a complaint, that if I give you my number again, you'll stop calling, is a pathetic resolution. A legitimate business (or at least one registered with the Revdex.com) should not be making cold calls
We take these matters very seriously Your complaint has made its way to the Sales
Director of PlayMyAdWe would like to address the issue of the caller that
spoke with *** ***However, we need a phone number in order to look up in
our system who *** *** spoke to
In addition, I want to personally ensure that the phone
number for *** *** is on our internal Do Not Call List and want to be able
to provide screenshot evidence that shows the number on our Do Not Call list so
that *** *** will no longer be inconveniencedThis is why in the previous
response a phone number was requested to go along with the complaint
As mentioned before, this complaint has made its way to
upper management and we would like to take further action, but a phone number
is needed
Thanks

I have attached email correspondence with your company that proves a 2nd ad was supposed to be created I also have documentation of which representatives I spoke with and on which days where they also agreed that a 2nd ad was supposed to be created and claimed to be working on a resolution.
Thank You.

the three numbers below are our three incoming lines. I cant tell you which lines were used which times. My point is that cold call marketing should stop being used from this company. I understand that I am finally being taken off the call list, but it shouldn't take a complaint to the Revdex.com to accomplish this. INSTEAD the company should consider using more respectable marketing techniques than cold call telemarketing.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
First, I would like to thank Revdex.com for its help and participation in this matter. I would respectfully reiterate my request that Revdex.com lower its rating for the PlayMyAd business. Here is why.
Essentially, PlayMyAd's responsive statement is untruthful and/or at least misleading.
PlayMyAd's response firstly states: "Pursuant to federal regulations, PlayMyAd does maintain an
internal Do Not Call list." I have no way of knowing whether or not this is true. However, PlayMyAd is being at least misleading because the issue is NOT whether internally maintains such a list. The issue -- which PlayMyAd does not address in its response -- is whether PlayMyAd follows federal law and insures that it does not robo-call any numbers on the federally-compiled Do Not Call. The fact of the matter is that PlayMyAd willfully violated the law when it robo called me. The number in question has been on the Do Not Call List for years. PlayMyAd did not care. It robo-called my number. No doubt, PlayMyAd robo-calls millions of numbers, and rarely does anyone take the time to complain.
PlayMyAd states that my number has been added to its internal Do Not Call list, and then asks for additional numbers. My response is that PlayMyAd should make use of the Federal Do Not Call List, to insure that all numbers on the federal Do Not Call list properly are added to PlayMyAd's so-called internal list. This is the only response that is acceptable to me. I would respectfully suggest that this should be the only response that Revdex.com should find acceptable. Thank you for your kind consideration.

Our marketing consultant has been in contact with Ms. [redacted].
We are currently producing the second version of the commercial as was promised
in the email Ms. [redacted] promised.
In addition to compensate for the inconvenience she has
experienced, PlayMyAd is providing her business with an additional two months
of advertising at the locations that she has selected.
If she has any further issues or concerns, she should call
one of our Sales Managers, [redacted] at (949) 988-2500, ext. [redacted]. He is well
acquainted with her situation and will be able to provide her with a quick
response.
Again, we apologize for any inconvenience.
We understand that changes in personnel can cause frustration and we apologize to Ms. [redacted] for that inconvenience.
Ms. [redacted] emailed PlayMyAd to cancel the campaign on July 14, 2014 (per PlayMyAd’s terms and conditions for cancellation). Her last...
payment on the campaign was on July 13, 2014. The campaign ran from 11/11/2013 to 8/17/2014. Because service has been rendered, the campaign is not eligible for a refund.
On December 10, 2014, a PlayMyAd customer service representative emailed [redacted]. The email stated that the campaign will be extended an additional month per their request to four months and for their convenience, the campaign will continue on auto renew until a request for cancellation is received.
Mr. [redacted] we apologize if our previous response was
insufficient for you.
PlayMyAd only solicits businesses. If a phone number were
called by us the phone number was obtained from a business database. Mr. [redacted]
can contact the business directory InfoUSA to have his business listing removed
from their database.
As stated in our previous communication, his phone number
was added to our internal Do Not Call List.
Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
PlayMyAd does not seem to want to accept responsibility for its wrongful conduct. It needs to insure that the numbers it robo calls are NOT on the FTC's do not call list. Instead, it makes up b.s. excuses, like (i) it alleges that it got my number from a third party, or (ii) it only solicits businesses, or (iii) I can call them to get my number off of their business's do not call list. Truth is, (i) it does not matter where it got my number from; (ii) it does not matter whether who they are robot calling; and (iii) it is not my responsibility to put my number on their special do not call list; the FTC runs a national do not call list, and PlayMyAd needs to respect the FTC's list.
I continue to believe that PlayMyAd is unethical, more so now because it refuses to accept responsibility for its misconduct. I respectfully request that Revdex.com give PlayMyAd a low rating by reason of its unethical conduct and its refusal to accept responsibility and change its practices. Thank you for your consideration,
Best regards,
