Web more Sent Mail my experience P Paul Carrisoza to piasorem minutes agoDetails to To whom it may concern- I just wanted to take a moment to give you all an opportunity to read my review of your establishment I do this in the hopes of receiving a replyI am hoping you all try and make this right First off, let me start by saying I have never had a business treat me or my time in such a careless and disrespectful way This terrible experience started off as a great oneI brought my bicycle in to sell it around 10:30am, and Johnny (one of their employees) was happy to purchase it at what I felt was a very fair priceJohnny and I went to finish the deal, but he discovered he did not have any checks to pay me with(we did however finish all of the paperwork)This was certainly inconvenient but understandable Johnny then said that I should come in when the owner arrives with the checksApparently the owner has a full time job teaching, so he would not be able to come in untill 4pmI live in Draper and told Johnny that I would just make myself busy in Orem untill the owner could comeJohnny said that was fine and that since he was leaving at 3pm he would make his co-workers aware of our situation From 10:30am-4:00pm I waited in Orem for the check Johnny owed me for the bike I sold himWhen 4pm came around I arrived to their store expecting them to make good on their end of the dealJohnny was gone at this time, but his co-workers were aware of the situation, and advised me that the owner would arrive shortlyIt turns out this meant minutes after 4pm At 4:I was so happy that the owner (Rick or Rich) had actually arrived, unfortunately I was made aware of his presence by his yelling at an employee who had gone to tell him of my presenceI had spent my whole day waiting for him to deliver the checks, so I could get on with my day, but after the yelling, an employee came out from the back with my bike in toeThe employee then informed me of the owners dismay with the situation, apologized for johnny's actions, and said they had not interest in my bike outside of a consignment I am really disappointed and upset at how this business treated meI spend hours waiting on them to pay me for my bike only to find they wanted to waste my dayThere had been communication between Johnny and the owner hours before, and this was the time to tell me to take my bike elsewhere I hope everyone who reads this comes away with some sense of how terrible these people are, and stay far awayI also hope the owner of the business reads this, as I do expect some sort of reply Again please stay far away from these peopleThey want to waste your time, low ball you for your items, and lie to youDo yourself a favor

At 4:50 I was so happy that the owner (Rick or Rich) had actually arrived, unfortunately I was made aware of his presence by his yelling at an employee who had gone to tell him of my presence. I had spent my whole day waiting for him to deliver the checks, so I could get on with my day, but after the yelling, an employee came out from the back with my bike in toe. The employee then informed me of the owners dismay with the situation, apologized for johnny's actions, and said they had not interest in my bike outside of a consignment.
I am really disappointed and upset at how this business treated me. I spend hours waiting on them to pay me for my bike only to find they wanted to waste my day. There had been communication between Johnny and the owner hours before, and this was the time to tell me to take my bike elsewhere.

provide a refund. I wish they could've just done that when initially requested.

Review: OWNER IS SELLING DEFECTED BZ SURFBOARDS THAT FALL APART AFTER RIDING !!! AND KNOWS THERE VERY BAD PRODUCT AND CONTINUES TO SALE THEM WITH NO RETURN AND BY LAW CALIFORNIA ALLOWS A COOLING OFF PERIOD OF THREE BUSINESS DAYS FOR ALL RETURNS WHICH HES NOT COMPLYING WITH CALIFORNIA LAW ON RETURN POLICIES!!!Desired Settlement: JUST WANT MY $80 BACK THAT I SPENT FOR SURFBOARD
