Platinum Buys does NOT provide good standard of customer service.I will never order anything from them again I also very disappointed in Amazon for allowing these sellers to be on their websiteI bought shoes that I wanted to return because of wrong sizeThe shoes came with no receipt and no return label.I went back and forth with the company several dayWith Amazon help I finally received an email with a return address that everything was in lower case(did not look right)This company told me that I would have to pay for shipping and insure the package tooThis cost was going to be approx$By previous reviews I was not sure if they would refund me...so I still have the shoesI'm writing this review to warn others about this companyI will never order anything from Platinum Buys!!!!!

I received a pair of size 8 shoes in a size 6 box...I ordered a size 6 and I submitted a claim via Amazon which went back to the seller 'PlatinumBuys' and they have yet to respond 2 weeks later, cant seem to get them to follow the processes set up for returns...
Review: I purchased through this company on [redacted]'s website. When I returned the item unopened through [redacted], they never processed a refund. I have been going back and forth with the company for several days and still have no resolution.I first had trouble trying to get them to send me a return label. I received my credit card statement a few days ago, and realized they never refunded my funds from over a month ago.Desired Settlement: $278.19
