The president of the Fall league will be sending a letter asking why we went four years without any issue and now their claiming complaints have been made against me by both staff as well as bowlers. Why all of a sudden this comes up? And also why nobody ever said anything to me or the president of the league before they randomly decided to take action? Additionally, some league members have called and left multiple voicemail messages for Bowlmor's Josh S [redacted] in regards to this and Josh has not returned any of their calls. Why is that? were sent out on 01-04-16. After tracking her package through the [redacted], we discovered they tried to deliver her package on 01-07-16 but left a notice because it was an unsecured location. Hello, Regarding [redacted]'s portrait order, we have made the corrections of print sizes. We are mailing her all (2) 5x7 sheet of each portrait in her package. Our apolagizies for the packaging, however, we have corrected that as well. An email will be sent to customer informing her that she...

We have been In constant contact with Ms. [redacted] regarding her order. Ms. [redacted] gave us an incorrect address at the time of her order. Her portraits were initially sent to the 1st address and then returned to our corporate office.
She has updated her address with our office and her portraits...
were shipped off on 6/17/15. She should have her portraits by now. Please let us know if we need to do anything further.
