Review: I purchased from the world of concrete where Plastiform had a booth. I purchased a product that included shipping. I had the owner call me 3 weeks later asking me to pay shipping. I told her that when I purchased the product it had been included. I had a receipt that said so. So the owner says well our sales women will be fired because she has done this numerous times. THen I get a call a week after(Please note that I was guarenteed to have the product shipped within 7 days, now it has almost been a month)saying that she cant afford to ship it to me and I need to pay over $200 more. This is extremely bad business. I asked to try and solve the issue since I would be buying more and she was so cheap that she wouldnt do it. I cancelled my order immediatly. Please be aware this company is HORRIBLE do not buy from themDesired Settlement: I was willing to pay the original cost that I gave them my credit card for. I will not pay the shipping.
