On March ***, 2016, I (Miriam Bussey) paid $to employee Livia of the U.SAuto Driving School for the hour class along with a road test and a driving lesson that she said was by law mandatory for me to take and pay forThis driving lesson would be the day of my road test which was May ***, at 1pm at the Starrett City location, an hour before I take my road testI scheduled my road test myself online and was only paying for the driver to come pick me up with the car, give me the lesson, drive me to the road test with the car and then drive me homeThat never happenedOn May *** 11am, I called Livia and she told me very carelessly and nonchalant that I had to reschedule my road test after I waited for over monthsShe said that the issue was because I scheduled the road test myselfShe did not inform me that that would be an issue when I gave her my money and she agree to the deal stated aboveI had even come in to the driving school and spoke to her at least time
